An healthier and efficient option.

Great Product
I really like these crushed tomatoes, I make a batch of chilli con carne every couple of weeks for nachos and weekend mince on toast for breakfast with the hubby and I usually use chopped tomatoes, I much prefer the crushed and sieved as it makes the mince mixture much saucier which I love. I won’t go back to the other ones now!

Great option for fussy eaters
I usually buy the can of diced tomatoes and use that in my bolognese and sauces as I am happy to have all the bits of tomato and peel. But in the past I have a member of the family who didn't like to see all the bits of tomato in the meal so I would have to blend the can of tomatoes up to a smooth puree and add it to the sauce. This can of crushed and sieved tomatoes would've been perfect . The price isn't bad too. The only thing I am a little perplexed about is the addition of so much salt in the can. I always check ingredients when comparing products and my normal canned tomatoes only has a tiny amount of salt.

A tin jam packed with tomato goodness
A definite hands down winner in this house. They packed as many crushed and sieved tomatoes into the tin as humanly possible creating a thick, smooth, rich sauce. We used it as a sauce for our ravioli. I wanted to really test the product and to keep it simple so didn’t make any additions to it and it was delicious. A 4.5 health star rating which matches other brands. I usually buy the diced variety but will absolutely be adding this to my pantry.

Husband hates lumps…
If my husband is like your children and hates lumps of tomatoes but tomatoes sauce is delicious…. Then this sauce is for you! We use it in everything… gone of the days where I had to blend up other cans of tomatoes to please him… haha

We used this in pasta, and it was very good. Will certainly buy this again and use in a variety of dishes.
