Up & Go Choc Ice is a delicious and convenient breakfast option that satisfies both cravings and nutritional needs. The chocolate flavor is rich and indulgent, making it feel like a treat while still being packed with essential nutrients. It’s a great source of protein and provides a quick energy boost, perfect for busy mornings or on-the-go lifestyles.
I love the taste of up and go chocolate, however I do not find them good as a breakfast substitute as I am hungry again not long after. They are good for a snack between meals or to take on the go

Nice choice
I buy these when the grandaughter comes to stay as she likes them too. I feel there is never enough in this size
This good for a quick breakfast. Handy no problem for spilling on the car. It's very good for busy parents running late when kids wakes up late or grumpy just prepare a bag with breakfast ready to go so that when there's time constraint breakfast on the go is the answer.
Grabbing a Up And Go is nice and easy. It gives me all that I need to start my day without me feeling bloated or heavy.
I definitely recommend Up and Go!
This a great product especially for teens who tend to skip breakfast. My children work hard and play hard and this is their wake up breakfast to line their stomachs before the real food.

Fast and easy option
I love the flavour of this Up & Go it would have to be my firm fave. It's a fast and easy option for a quick breakfast. I only use this when I don't have time to make a proper breakfast. I always take these on road trips on the motorbike as they are small enough to fit in my backpack without taking up lots of space!
Up&Go is a great breakfast alternative when the kids are not feeling like having breakfast before school, by drinking it in the morning you know that they have something good in their stomachs, the chocolate ice flavour has a nice taste and is easy to drink.
