Nyenyaknya tidur malam saya

Slept well all night
I never thought Vitamode Sleep Eazy would work for me, it was made with natural herbs ingredients. I have hard time falling asleep and will wake up several times a night, been trying few sleep supplement but none of them were working for my condition. Berkesan Ketika Sukar
Saya ibu kepada 3 orang anak. Saya mengalami masalah sukar mendapat tidur yang nyenyak sejak melahirkan anak-anak. It works but
It does work but not instantly. I took it and it took me about 30mins to fall asleep which in my opinion i could do that even without it. HOWEVER it does improved the sleep quality. I do feel relaxed just that it takes time. Maybe its just me
