A Taste of Thailand in Every Bite

I was excited to try Siam Korner's Purple Sweet Potato Chips, but unfortunately, my enthusiasm was short-lived. While the chips had a lovely purple color and a crispy texture, they lacked depth in flavor and were overly salty. The sweet potato flavor was almost undetectable, and the aftertaste was unpleasantly bitter. For a brand that prides itself on using high-quality, natural ingredients, I was expecting a more nuanced taste experience. Perhaps these chips would be better suited as a snack for those who prefer a strong salt flavor, but for me, they fell short of the mark.

I quite like this Siam Korner Purple Sweet Potato Chips, it is a bit different, it is sweet and salty, it is best to pair with soda drinks.
