Kaya dgn omega 3 ni la bgus utk otak saya yg cepat pelupa ni. Hihihi... smnjak consume kulit saya yg alami psiorasis kulit bsisik dah makin lembab dan sntiasa lembab, satu family saya bg consume ji, sbb bgus utk kulit, mata dan rambut, lagi2 mcm saya slalu lupa, smnjak minum supplement ni otak ada ok ckit. Recommended for pregnant moms!
Took this supplement during preggy 4 months plus (brain development stage). Your baby will be a fast learner and well behave. Its really good the brain development.

Improve my hair and skin
I like the results and the affordable price of this product. It did helps my problems of very brittle dry nails and hair after finishing 1 bottle. Not that much but it has a difference. The problem is the tablet was so big, as expected from blackmores all the tablet were big . Hehe since i consumed another brand of blackmores too.

Goods
This fish oil is easy to swallow and has no after flavor. I find that after taking it for a month, much of my joint stiffness has subsided. It is a little more expensive , but it's worth it. I feel that my memory seems to be improving as well. I will buy it again
