Simplicity at its best!
A best friend for your tummy when it growls. It's healthy, tasty, a go to 'meal' when hungry not necessarily eaten at breakfast but whenever you hungry or just to lazy to cook food (like me) and the icing on the cake is it fills your stomach and mind with bliss and feel so energetic after having it.

Good diet
Really a good meal no need to do anything much just add it to milk with sugar and taste really good also I really liked it It will be better if it come in different flavors But i really recommend it to those who wants light and tasty meal

When is all about taste Kellogg's comes first
It has a flaky texture and more crispy cruncy. It is a yummy yummy snack for a eve. I always have it with some honey and almonds but so of its ingredients are byproduct of petroleum so if u exceed the limit thaan a bowl its would be a serious cereal death lol

It consists of flax seeds which is good for our health and it is rich in fibre and protein. It does not contain any kind of pesticides or harmful chemicals. It is good in taste as well as nutrition. It is also rich antioxidants and It is safe.
