Good taste
Love the taste of these gummies but I’m definitely not a fan of the texture, I still take them though as I would rather the texture than having to take a pill.

Too many additives
These gummies have a lot of extra unhealthy additives, which is disappointing for a vitamin supplement. Not only are the first two ingredients sugars, it also contains extra colour, flavour, and oil.

Excellent for kids
During the winter season, my kids where always down with cold and cough and a family friend advised that I get vitamin D and C for the kids to help boost their immune system against the cold and I did. Today the cold and cough is history.

Great for people who can't swallow pills
