When my doctor said that my vitamin D levels were low, this was the brand that I chose to use. It’s easy to take in. The flavours are pretty good. Even my children like it.

Delicious!
Want to take vitamins, but hate swallowing capsules, so this is an easy and delicious way to add Vitamin D into my day.
I have never been a fan of swallowing vitamins or pills. Ever since i have been made aware of gummy vitamins my thoughts on taking them has changed. This Vitamin D is tasty and supports my overall health it is a win win
Nature's Bounty Vitamin D3 gummies have been a fantastic addition to my daily supplement routine. As someone living in an area with limited sunlight, these gummies have been a game-changer for maintaining my vitamin D levels. Not only do they taste great, but they also provide an easy and enjoyable way to get this essential nutrient.
I have been taking vitamin D3 gummies from Nature's Bounty for about a month daily. The doctor recommends I take up to 4,000IU of these a day, a per gummy is around 1,000IU per day, so I take about 4 per day. They taste great, have lots of flavour in each gummy. Highly recommend, especially to those like myself, who doesn't like take pills or chewable, this is the next best thing!
Vitamin D3 is very important for your immune system. It has been proven time and time again. The gummy version is very easy to take and taste great. I would recommend if you want an easy way to get your D3.
I bought these during winter due to the lack of sunlight and being indoors mostly. I'm not a fan of taking vitamins and supplements as I find them hassle more than anything but these are chewable, taste great and therefore easy to consume. The only issue I have is I'm not a fan of the orange flavour so they tend to go to waste but that's just a personal preference. I believe there are also better quality Vitamin D supplements on the market that you have to swallow, but taking nature's bounty over nothing, is better than something!
