I can't recommend this monitor enough - I have used a LOT of different monitors from sound only to lower end video options but they don't even remotely stack up to the quality of this Vtech. It has so many unique features - the sleep analysis makes me feel like it's a Fitbit for my baby, giving us a true look at how well he is sleeping. I love having data in case we have concerns we need to bring to our doctor. The rollover and face cover detection will give us peace of mind with our newborn who is on the way. This was such a major stressor with our first baby making his transition to a crib! I also love having both the temperature and humidity levels monitored - we live in a farmhouse and ensuring the baby is warm enough overnight was always a worry in the cold, Canadian winters. The video quality is unparalleled and I love the fact we have access on other smart devices, not just the monitor itself. This is a game changer for our family.

The baby monitor provides everything a parent needs. I really love the luxurious feel of the packaging and the monitor. It provides the perfect view for me, as the monitor is mounted on the wall above the crib whilst also ensuring great stability over the baby. The view is perfect and gives you the assurance of never having to wonder what your child is doing. The Top 3 Features that I love 1. Analytics-Being able to see the analytics of when my child slept best throughout the day and night was a bonus for me. It helped me to figure out how to get myself the rest that I needed 2. Full view of the baby- This feature provides me with great view of my child especially during night. 3. Roll over and face covering detection - This is truly a unique feature as other baby monitors that I’ve tried simply alert you when your child is crying but not when there are these types of movement. This has given me the peace of mind knowing that I’ll be alerted right away.

This monitor is amazing. The instructions made it very easy to put together and was installed in no time. The high resolution picture, video and audio quality are a great upgrade over my old monitor and the wide zoom and tilt options are wonderful! The temperature monitoring, sleep analysis, night light, face covering/roll over detection and two-way talk are unique features that really work well. I do appreciate the user-friendly interface and seamless integration with my phone/tablet as having access to the video feed on my mobile devices gives me the peace of mind and convenience of being able to watch my baby from anywhere My only suggestion would be to provide an option i.e. clamps to use when mounting the monitor to the wall is not an option. I would also make the monitor portable to make it more convenient when moving around the house. This monitor has truly exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a baby monitor.

The Vtech monitor is really very effective product. Very compact monitor system. Also never have found any glitches in video or live monitor. Really very helpful to keep an eye from away when my babyis sleeping or not around in my room .

Set up was a bit difficult as there’s lots of pieces to assembly and was hard to feed the cord through the camera. I like how light weight the camera is though it’s not bulky. It is very sleek and modern which is exactly what I was looking for in a monitor. The app was a bit difficult to download and then navigate. It took a while to hook up to the home wifi. The quality has so far been great I love how it recognizes the baby and if there’s movement or the baby is crying. The monitor quality is very clear and I like that there is the ability to watch from your cell phone. Being able to play music from the monitor is also a bonus.

Great high tech device to keep a eye on my little one, with all the bells and whistles! I'm excited it connects to my phone so I can watch baby wherever I am. It was fairly easy to put together with clear instructions with pictures. Another great things is it shows the temperature of the room on the screen, which will be great for the winter.

I like the VTech 5" Wi-Fi HD Video Baby Monitor a lot. I would recommend it to any family with babies. There are couple features that I especially like about this monitor. Most Vtech monitors has a separate tablet same as this model. It is quite useful when you have hands in full. Finding apps may take sometime when you are in a rush. The tablet has high resolution where you can check your baby clearly in days and nights. It is the mounted monitor which gives wide range of viewing that helps you to check more details. The monitor also allows you to hear and speak to your baby remotely. Other small features such as temperature sensor and movement detection are also great additions to this monitor. The monitor itself is heavy duty and durable. It is not make as cheap plastic. One thing I would suggest for the next version of the monitor is to design the monitor as a portable one with a post and rollers. This way it will give more flexibility for babies sleep anywhere.

I’m in love with this baby monitor cuz it does it all!! Crystal clear video of baby where you can pan, tilt and zoom. Temperature monitoring, as well as sleep analysis and cry indicator which is a super cool feature. It was also easy to connect to your phone so you can use your phone or monitor to watch baby which makes it super convenient.

We love this over the crib view baby monitor! It provided a high definition view of our baby and we can see exactly what he is doing and we get sleep analytics right to our phone. We love that there is an option to use the monitor or your phone. This is a must have for new parents.

The monitor comes with very clear instructions and everything you need to set up is included in the box. If you're not too weary about AI, there is feature that gathers information about your baby's sleeping patterns that can be useful if they don't sleep through nights. As indicated in my title, it offers some pretty interesting features that seems quite up to date with technology.

I have started working from home and was running back and forth to see what my 6 month old daughter is doing every 10 minutes before I had the Vtech Over-the-Crib mount monitor. Now I can concentrate on my job and as well as be there when my little one needs me. The face covering and roll over detection is such an amazing feature! Now I am much more relaxed and Stress free. I love it!

20/10 recommend the monitor. I use it several times a day to check on baby during her nap time. It lets us know the minute she moves or produce sound which is what we need to know. The video quality is excellent, it gives insightful information about our baby, tells us approximately when she fell asleep, etc. Easy to mount on the wall, Only negative thing I can say is it doesn't travel well. It's alot of work to set it up somewhere else besides home.. The breathing monitor literally helped so so so much as she is a newborn and is a relief for my anxiety about safe sleep. Such great peace of mind. I’m super satisfied with the camera features and quality, I would recommend to friends. Vtech has always been a personal favourite.

Easy set up to start, even for someone who is not super tech savvy. I love that it includes functions that I hadn't even considered, such as sleep AI analysis. Love the high clairty of the camera and audio.
