Delicious!
I love that you can drink this hot or cold, just mix equal parts Chai Latte with the milk of your choice and enjoy! My favourite way to drink this is cold over ice. It is absolutely delicious! It has the right amount of sweetness, no need to add anything else!

The best OG Chai concentrate!
The chai lattes are by far my fave item at starbucks, so it's great to be able to make them at home with this concentrate! Unlike most other concentrates I've tried (see: cloyingly sweet, bland cinnamon taste), this one actually has a decent amount of spice and even a small kick to it which I appreciate! It's still sweeter than I would like and I'd love if it had a bit more ginger/black pepper heat in it but it's definitely the best one I've found! It's delicious hot or cold, but my fave is shaken over ice with oat milk in the summer! @TAZO: If this also came in a spicy version for those of us who appreciate a bit more heat and a bolder chai flavour I promise it would be a hit! I've seen a "skinny" version in the States and I'd love to see this in Canada but could we maybe just call it "half-sweet" instead? I'm happy to see a lower sugar option without weird "zero-calorie" sweeteners for once, but "skinny" is still giving those not-so-sweet 90's diet culture vibes.

Too sweet
Nice product but too sweet for me. Even when cutting down the concentration amount. Good flavour though!

Mouthwatering deliciousness!!
Ok, so I wanted to put the drooling emoji to show how I really feel about this Tazo Chai Tea...but alas I was not allowed lol. I've always been in love with the flavour ever since I discovered it many years ago, and only just recently (why did I wait so long - insert face palm emoji here) did I try it cold, over ice with oat milk and a hefty dash of cinnamon as a topper (drooling emoji here)....when I say wow....I really mean WOOOOW!!! So yummy, in fact I may never drink it hot again! Nahhhh I will ....and now I'm thinking of all the different milks I can use with it to mix it up!! Definitely my all-time favourite black tea!!

I love Chai and enjoyed the flavour of this beverage. As easy as it is to make a cold or warm drink with this. Part of me wishes it wasn't concentrated, so you can just drink it without adding.

The taste is amazing
I would really recommend this product If you’re having it once in a while, but not as a habit for every day. This product is extremely tasty, although I cannot vouch for its natural qualities. But surely once in a while, this drink is amazing. The only reason I wouldn’t buy this product again is because I have drank this numerous times and I like to try new tea or chai tea products.

At Home Starbucks Chai Latte!
I got this on a whim from Costco during COVID and it became a quick favorite in our house as an alternative to expensive Starbucks. Now we can make our own chai lattes at home, experiment with syrups and get all kinds of yummy options. If you love Chai, you'll love this Tazo concentrate. It's exactly what SB uses!

Delicious
I have used this Tazo Chai Latte mix for a long time and love to snatch it at Costco. It's DELICIOUS! You can make yourself a fancy chai tea, a latte or a cold brew. I even use it in my waffles to make delicious chai waffles for the fall. Lasts forever too!

Must have !
I flipping LOVE this stuff !! Heating it up on the stove with a bit of creamer makes the best fall/winter drink ! I keep a few boxes on hand at all times as it’s so easy to make refills and next thing you know it’s all gone ! Makes me feel like a Starbucks barista without the $$ !
