Smashers Dino Island T-Rex Battles by ZURU

This is more than expected. Especially fun when opening it up to see all the surprises inside. Slime, sand dinos, racket launchers, stickers you name it. My kid and her best friend had and blast with these. The set of 2 dinos make it perfect and kept them but the entire weekend

To start off with the packaging is so well done. The eyes laid up and makes noise. I mean, just to start off with it engages right away without even having to open it. It's great that it comes with 2 dinosaurs to battle so you don't have to buy a second package just to have that. Such a fun toy.

I was super excited to receive this and try this out. My 2 boys were also very excited. The outside is so nice you almost don't want to open it, but once getting the wrappers off it's like an explosion of goodies inside. There is clearly a good and bad to to each of the products. One slime is better than the other, one sand is like soft magic sand and the other is crumbled. And the triceratops is way better than the T-rex. The head and top part of the mouth on the T-rex fall off very easily and it's blaster doesn't light up like the triceratops one dose. Both dinosaurs are a bit difficult to put together, you need a good amount of force. The smasher eggs are super cool and easy to put back together. The posters and stickers you get have nice graphics. A little disappointed in the T-rex and not so good slime and sand, out of the 2 someone is stuck with the with the malfunctioning stuff.

Hometester gifted my boys Smasher Dino Island T-Rex Battles by Zuru. They loved the slime and battled each other with the dinosaurs for hours. The only improvements I recommend are that the dinosaur’s armour needs to stay on better and that the Dinosaur skull head was difficult to open for the kids.

Smashers Dino Island T-Rex Battles by ZURU is an amazing toy for little Dino fans. I didn't expect the skull which contains 2 Dino's, small Dino eggs containing small dinosaurs, stickers, poster, slime and playsand to be that big. Opening the skull and discovering all the toys was a lot of fun for my 5 year old. The Dino parts were packaged in smaller plastic bags which did come with some smell. Some parts of the dinosaurs were in bags by themselves but 2 bags each contained the playsand and slime with the Dino parts. As a warning, don't open the skull in an area with carpet otherwise it will get very difficult to clean the slime and sand mix. My son lives playing with the 2 big dinosaurs and loves that the dinosaurs can shoot small plastic fireballs at each other as well. The skull can be used as a decoration or as we decided use it for Halloween. Overall Smashers Dino Island T-Rex Battles by ZURU is an awesome toy and I would buy it again.

It is an amazing product and me and the kids all had fun opening it up . They loved playing with the slime and sand, said it was soft and squishy .the little mini eggs were a hit as well , such cute little Dino’s . Most of all enjoying the Dino head it all came in , thought that was the coolest thing ever. I would for sure recommend this product to others who have boys or girls that love dinosaurs , they will have fun opening it all up

This thing is huge! Kids were really curious about its content. They had a lot of fun discovering and assembling its content. Some small eggs were too hard to assemble for my 11 and 8 years old kids as it required meticulous and precise movements. Sadly, the quality of the two battling dinosaurs leave a lot to desire. The size is pretty good but the thin, hollow plastic just feel really cheap. Plain colors with no finishing touch whatsoever(decals, coloring). The kind of quality you would expect from the dollar store. The slime included was disgusting, but kids loved it (as expected). To summarize: a big and appealing box with questionable content.

My son is unfortunately getting to the age where he doesn't really play with toys so I wasn't sure how he would react. He absolutely loved this! He was actually gasping and cheering. The light up eyes, multiple packages and voices were so exciting. This would be an amazing Christmas gift. The slime and sand are him but not necessary.

It is so much fun. My son and I had a blast. He loved the kinetic sand and the slime.

My son loves this toy! It comes with a treasure map that makes it fun and easy to put together. Everything is interactive with a lot of surprises from the slime and the sand to the little dino smasher eggs that you can put back together. The dinosaurs were easy to put together and the eyeball in the skull is detachable and goes into the t-rex which lights it's up and has different recordings. The skull acts as a storage case which is a bonus. It would make a perfect birthday gift.

My little guy absolutely LOVED this toy! The shape of the dinosaur head and light up/talking eyeball really got the excitement to build before he ever opened it! Once inside he discovered his favorite part... the slime/sand mixture. He absolutely loved digging through the mix to discover all of the hidden surprises inside. It was such an interactive process, though a messy one, but he loved it! He really enjoyed taking his time discovering each piece and assembling his dino figures and preparing them for battle. He built and b=destroyed the eggs more times than I can count, and never got tired of taking his dinos into battle again and again. He spends hours at a time playing and rebuilding and this quickly became his new favorite thing, ever. I also love that sine there are two dino battle figures that he can play with other kids and make the experience even more interactive or he still has the option to play on his own. He loves it!

Mon fils a vraiment adoré ! C'est un grand fan de dinosaures. La slime qui agit comme de la bave de dinosaures, les armures et que dire des armes qui illumines. La maman elle a moins aimé. C'est difficile à fixer les pièces. Sortir les morceaux du corps directement de la slime.. ark. Mon fils a ouvert un oeuf. Il y avait un bébé dinosaure. Cependant, c'est tout un travail pour remettre les pièces en un morceau. J'ai conservé le crâne qui rugit lorsqu'on pèse sur l'oeil comme coffre à accessoires.

The package is big beyond my expectation. And it contains over 50 pieces and lots of surprise, stickers, slime, etc. it is the first time for my 5 yrs old to play the smashers. And he follows the instruction sheet and sometimes ask my help, but in general he does on his own. He likes the weapons and feels fun to play with them, as the the guns can shoot into the other dino's mouth. I don't know much about dinos, and my boy asked a lot of questions, so I researched and taught him, and he seemed interested in learning them.

We received this #freeproduct in return for our honest review. We were impressed from the beginning. The packaging was super cute - was a fossil-like Dino box that can be reused as a storage box. When my boys (aged 8 and 10) opened it, they were blown away by the amount of toys jammed packed in there. It was like Christmas. I can see how this would make a great gift for kids around this age. From there, it was about figuring out which Dino piece goes where. There were two Dinos to create so it’s perfect for two kids. Highly recommend!
