Salt & Vinegar for LIFE
I buy these every week, normally the Salt & Vinegar flavour, sometimes I veer off and buy the Lime & Seasalt, depends on how fancy I want to get that week. These have to be the best snack I've had, other than your Salt & Vinegar potato chip. You get your crunch, your Salt & Vinegar flavouring, you get your fix without all the extras ( extra fats, oils,etc. ) It's easier on my stomach, really light and gluten free is a bonus ( I know a few people with genuine Gluten allergies ). Not a lot of calories and you can scarf ( official terminology ) an entire nag and not feel weighed down. Quaker knows how to do rice chips right!

Very good
I really enjoy salt and vinegar flavoured foods. Sometimes they can irritate the inside of my mouth, but I didn't find that these did this as much as some other products. I enjoyed the taste and the crunch.

Yummy and healthy
