It’s slightly better than melatonin
It’s not far different than what melatonin does. As an occasional user of sleep aids, I don’t have any issues falling asleep versus staying asleep. I noticed a slight improvement- but didn’t stay asleep the entire night.

Not satisfied as Product failed me.
I didn’t find that it facilitated better sleep. I ended up taking a Melatonin after tossing and turning for two hours .

maybe I was not stressed

Definitive sleep improvement
Wow this stuff really works! I've never had a natural sleep aid live up to it's claims until now. I wear technology that records my sleep and it's proof of how much faster and deeper I've slept over the last few nights since taking Pascoflair as directed. It has logged a 25% increase in both REM and deep sleep. I've woken up refreshed and clear headed. I've had an added benefit from taking it, I've noticed a decrease in my nerve pain as well. I suffer from some pretty painful conditions and since taking part of this trial I've noted improvements in this area. Amazing product that works well.

A natural approach to sleeping well.
I have been looking for a natural supplement to help with sleep, so I was excited to try Pascoflair. There is some research evidence to back up claims. I tried this product as directed for 3 days/nights. I did experience drowsiness so falling asleep was improved. I found that my problem of staying asleep was not helped. I also experienced night sweats that I am not attributing to the product, but they did stop after a few days of not taking the product, so it could have been due to other causes. Perhaps a longer trial may be necessary or this just isn't for me. In pursuit of a good nights sleep, it is worth a try.

finally A good nights sleep
I suffer from stress,restlessness and find it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. This product worked the first night trying and every night sleep. Clears your head before sleep and relaxed me so I was able to fall asleep fast and stay asleep. I’m planning on purchasing more for myself and family. I recommend this to anyone that suffers from any problems keeping them from having a restful night sleep.

Found my saviour for a peaceful sleep
I tried my sample I received in the mail and after trying other products in the past like melatonin , I was surprised. I have had no problems falling asleep and staying asleep . I felt refreshed when I woke up . There were no groggy feeling or light headed feeling .
