Prebiotic
Markofruct is easy to consume, basically a tea. I'm on a big health kick lately. From what I read this drink will help the good bacteria in my stomach grow, it isn't introducing bacteria like I thought but is just creating an optimal environment in my body for growth. It tastes fine and dissolves in water.

Wonderful addition
I am a regular probiotic user, so I was interested in trying out a probiotic as well. Markofruct is the perfect addition to my autoimmune paleo diet as it's made from chicory.

It’s ok.
Thank you for the opportunity to try Markofruct. This is very easy to consume as it dissolves in hot water and you drink it as a tea. The flavour is ok; I don’t love it, but I don’t really dislike it. I don’t normally have any gastrointestinal problems, but I like that it helps with the probiotics found in food to maintain a good gut flora. It’s a bit on the pricey side.

Ok if you like probiotics
The product tastes fine but it was a struggle to get through the glass. Adds just enough flavour to the water to make it unenjoyable. My stomach reacted to it within the first 15 minutes of consumption. This product may work for those that regularly take probiotics but it is not for me. The single packets are convenient for people who wish to take it with them.

It works!
I like that there is no taste, it just made my water a little bit murky but nothing else. After a couple days, I felt more regular and had a little bit more energy.

Probiotics
Im not one for drinking mixtures because I do find them chalky tasting and time consuming. It did have a mild smell and a bland chalky taste but I did start to feel pretty good. I had better digestion and I did have a better feeling belly for sure. I would recommend this to others but for me I will stick to pills or caplets

Happy stomach
This really helped my gut health so top marks for that. However i didn't find the delivery system convenient. Taking a pill or chewablevwould be much more convenient than adding water, mixing etc.

Great lactose free prebiotic!
I really enjoy this product! I've been taking this in the morning in hot water to help some of my digestion issues, which are the worst during the first meal of the day. The flavour is mild and pleasant unlike other powders I've tried before. I've noticed less bloating and it helps me stay regular all day. I am lactose intolerant and appreciate being able to find a prebiotic product without lactose.

A Great Quality Fibre Product
I found the Markofruct to be easy to take and they are conveniently measured out in each little packet to mix up and drink. They helped me to feel better than I have in a long time. They were good tasting and effectively curbed my cravings as I felt fuller. Over all it is a good quality product that I will definitely buy again.

Great product for the gut
Mixes well in water, but you have to shake it quiet a bit, doesn’t taste bad at all, and noticed a difference in my bathroom routine
