CENTRUM Women Multivitamin and Multimineral 90s

Recently tried this product and while it has a good mix of vitamins we were dissapointed with the presence of dyes and talc. Overall we would not purchase again as we prefer to aviod any unnessecary ingrediants.

I bought these on a whim when I was unable to find the gummy version that I usually take. I didn’t take them on a full stomach, although the directions stated to, and they made me quite nauseous. This is a total user error, however, the gummy version never made me feel nauseous, so I assumed I would be okay with these. That being said, I will just stick to the gummy version as I prefer to take my vitamins in the morning.

It has the right amount of vitamins and minerals that I need daily. It is a nice piece of mind knowing I'm getting what I need daily
