Back to the drawing board please
I could not get past the bad taste. Counting out the drops was difficult as well. The instructions do not specify how much water to dilute the drops with. I took 1 dose and developed a headache almost immediately.

Great product!

Good, not great
Helped my digestion and bloating. It did increase my appetite; however, the taste took a little getting used to. I find that the dosage was high for three times daily. Overall, it worked.

It works loved it

tested and true for amara.
I think it helped my digestion really well, the only downfall is it tasted aweful. If it comes in a pill form I think it might be better.

Not good unfortunately felt ill after
Did not like the flavor and it actually made me not feel well after using.I would not recommend this product and I am not at all interested in purchasing it again.I had an upset stomach since using it and threw it out because it was terrible.

Amera = Better Digestion = Better Sleep!
I was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of Amara. I've noticed over the past couple of years I suffer from heartburn and gas more frequently. The heartburn was the bigger problem for me as it would often wake me at night...and I have a difficult time falling asleep anyway. I take Amara perhaps a half hour before dinner and, after 4-5 days I've noticed an overall improvement in my digestion. The big plus for me is how it's handled my heartburn issues and I've noticed an improvement in my sleep since I'm not being 'jolted' awake by heartburn and acid reflux. I started with 25 drops in a cup of warm water - like a tepid tea, but moved up to 30-35 drops and that works for me. There's a special collar on the bottle which makes it easy to release individual drops. The taste is a little bitter, but not really an issue. It's done the trick for me!

Bloat no more
The taste is something that one needs to get used to. It took a few days before I felt some benefit but this is something that needs to be taken on a regular basis to get the full benefits. Started off with 45 drops in warm water, 20 minutes before eating, 3 times a day. After 4 days, I was less bloated and my digestion had improved. I will continue with this to get the optimal benefits.
