Disappointed
As soon as I started feeling a cold come on I used this product (made sure I read all the instructions and followed it religiously). Unfortunately it did nothing for me - I continued to persist, but to no avail. Vey disappointed as I was quite ill and would have loved for this to have worked for me.

Only the BEST
Bought this product at the start of winter when the cold season first started. Big lifesaver!! Helps with my runny nose and is a true staple product in my life now.

Help keep the cold away
Found this product to be very good, a great precaution to use when you feel like you might be getting sick. Easy to inhale and stopped me from feeling worse, In fact I felt better after using it.

I was dubious but was pleasantly surprised ! without question eased my cold from turning into a full on tragic disaster !

Amazing
This stuff is the best, I’m amazed how effective it is. I used to use it years ago but then they stopped selling it for a while for some reason. I was very happy to see it make a return. I always keep a bottle on hand and it really seems to stop colds in their tracks!

Not sure if it works
The product is easy to use. I think it would work well for stuffy noses but I tried it to soothe a slight sore throat. I'm not sure if it works to clear the throat or whether my general wellbeing habits fought it off naturally. But other than that, it smells like a Vicks product and smells good.

Effective
I trialled this product when I felt that I may have had an impending cold when I had the sniffles. I am pleased to say that the cold did not eventuate so I can only say that Vicks Defence must have prevented it arising. From now on I will keep a fresh one in the bathroom cupboard so I can use it immediately I feel the sniffles coming on

A product that actually works. My flu seems to have disappeared after using Vicks first defence for 2 days

Worked for me
Thought I'd give this a go as kids are always bringing colds home from school! I liked the claims but wasn't sure if it would actually work....well have to say it did! I used as directed, as soon as I cold feel a cold coming on after one of the kids had a cold (I get a niggle at back of throat) and it didn't progress. Have also used on the kids and hubby at the first signs and again none of them got any further symptoms. I thought at first maybe it was just a coincidence, but for us it wasn't. Will def keep using!

blown away
I was skeptical when offered to try it but after 4 occasions and other family members using it as well I am convinced it does actually do as it says. Working with children and having several close contacts with sniffles as soon as I felt I was heading that way I used this product. After 2 doses I was all good no sign of a cold coming. Same with family who tried it. Thum

Vicks First Defence Nasal Spray
Vicks First Defence Nasal Spray is a bit different to other nasal sprays. It doesn't shoot a big squirt up your nose that you have to immediately sniff up. Instead, it is a more pleasent little dose that coats the inside of your nasal passage. The smell is interesting... think Vicks but only about a quarter of the strength. It is a little unpleasent for about 5 mins after using the product, but this feeling quickly diminishes. For the effect of the product itself... I woke up with a slightly sore throat and immediately reached for my FREE SAMPLE of Vicks First Defnece Nasal Spray. I used the product as directed, and found that my cold did not progress past the scratchy throat, which I only had for a couple of days. Based on my experience, I would say it is worth trying Vicks First Defence Nasal Spray.

Vick's First Defence??
I can't say i'm that convinced on this product. I used it the moment I started feeling unwell and can honestly say it certainly didn't stop the cold from attacking me. The taste that was left at the back of the throat wasn't appealing. However, i did keep taking it throughout the duration of me be unwell but didn't notice any improvement.
