Just like the original
I was excited to try this product as I love hot cross buns but was quite disappointed with the taste. I could smell cinnamon when I opened the packet but that was where it ended. I found that the taste was very similar to the original Sultana Bran. I think I will just stick with the original!

Disappointing flavour
I was very excited to try the hot cross bun flavour, but very disappointed when i ate them. I ate my first mouthful and thought this just tastes like the original flavour better keep eating as i thought it might get better. It didnt, which is a shame. Very disappointed

Aroma but no taste
The product had a really stong hotcross bun aroma and so I was really excited to try. Unfortunately the hot cross bun experience there , none in the taste, just regular sultana bran which is OK.

Same but Extra
Was on special so had to try just in time for Easter. The smell of yummy hot cross buns hits you as soon as you open the bag. It tastes like normal but the cinnamon and spices are a nice twist and made breakfast extra fun. It’s not made from hot cross buns so don’t expect it to be anything like the sweet fluffy bread, it’s still a bran flake cereal.

Ok,
I had to try this as soon as I seen it, I love sultana bran as well as hot cross buns. To be honest it doesn’t taste that different to the normal one, I do like it but it was a little disappointing that it did not have a completely different flavour.

Just regular Sultana Bran
Once you open the box you are hit with the smell of hot cross bun, which is really exciting. However once you start eating it tastes just like regular Sultana Bran. I would just buy the regular one if I was buying any versions.

I'm obsessed with hot cross buns, and was so excited to try this! although the flavour was there I was not really impressed with it.

The Claytons Hot Cross Bun
I didn't mind it, the hot cross bun flavour was not overbearing, in fact it could have been bit more. The flavour was warming. I would eat them again when they are on special as a treat

If you live hot x buns you will love this
I am a hot x buns lover and had to get this the moment I laid eyes on it, tastes great, has a big cinnamon tastes to it, lots of sultanas and I absolutely love a bowl every morning for breakfast, should become a regular item on the shelf 👌

Yummo
Easter is one of my favourite holidays and I absolutely love love love hot cross buns. They are such a tradition in my household so I had to buy this product and I was not disappointed in the slightest. It tasted super similar to the real thing and was greatly priced too! Hope they bring these back next year!

Love Sultana Bran, Love Hot Cross Buns .....BUT
I was very disappointed with Kellogg's new Hot Cross Bun flavour of Sultana Bran, I usually enjoy my Sultana Bran each morning and with Easter approaching I sometimes enjoy a toasted Hot Cross Bun after my cereal but I'm sorry to say blending the two flavours together just doesn't work.

Disgusting taste and flavour
Worst cereal I have ever tasted. I eat hot cross buns a lot but this cereal does not have that flavour, it was like eating cardboard, tasteless yuk. I ate some with no milk straight from the packet as I was excited to try it and that was really bad then I added the milk and it still had a disgusting taste, without the hotcross bun flavour that I was promised.

Very Tasty
I picked up this limited edition Sultana Hot Cross Bun on special at my local store. I must admit the well balanced malty flakes and sultanas with cinnamon and spice flavours was very tasty and enjoyable to eat. The only down side is a little to sweet
