I’ve been enjoying Carman's Cranberry & Vanilla Flakes. The flakes are crunchy and packed with a pleasant combination of tart cranberries and sweet vanilla. Yum!!
This is so yummy and filling. It’s nutritious anda good source of fibre. Definitely my go to for a snack too. Carman’s have a brilliant range and this one I highly recommend for a healthy, tasty and filling breakfast, snack or dessert.

Great cereal, healthy, delicious
Well is there a cereal I haven't tried? This one is one of the best 'healthy' cereals out there in terms of taste and shelf longevity once opened. The flavour is great with added berries/fruit and *very* light drizzle of honey or sugar-free syrup.

I have been trying many cereal brands these days for my everyday low calorie diet. The Carman's is one of the good brands in the market. It is healthy. But I prefer less chewy though.

Healthy breakfast cereal
Love this cereal, so healthy and filling. This cereal is not sweet at all and is so crunchy. I normally add this to yoghurt for a healthy breakfast that gives me the energy to power through my day.

Not bad
I’ve tried it and tastes not bad but I couldn’t find many fruits in the box. I’m not sure if I was just one unlucky box owner or that just that’s how many fruits normally is inside each box.

really great for digestive health! also tastes great. Love the fact that it isn't sickly sweet like other products. Only improvement to be made is to make MORE! thank you! would recommend!

Great for Fibre intake!
This tastes absolutely delicious and is a great source of fibre with the psyllium mixed in it. I find it is great at getting the metabolism moving in the morning! Love it and highly recommend for a healthy and tasty morning breakfast or snack throughout the day!

This is by far my favourite cereal to add to my yoghurt. I’ve tried others but always come back to this one. Low in calories as well.

Good tasting cereal
The cereal tastes good and not overpowered by too much nuts and cranberries, just the right amount. It's also high in fibre which is good for your gut. It is a staple in our household and my kids love having this for breakfast.
