No bells or whistles but perfect rice
The rice cooker is light and easy to move but as it looks so sleek it has been living on my countertop. The appliance is easy to use and if you follow the instructions and use the measuring cup provided, the rice is perfect every time. It also comes with a steamer basket which makes it convenient if you want to steam vegetables for dinner as well. Ease of cleaning is a big plus as the non stick coating ensures nothing adheres to the pot I would definitely recommend the product as the price is very reasonable too

Its ok.
The look is very sleek and modern, It comes with the cup and spoon to scoop out the rice. you really need to rinse the starch off the rice or there will be a bubble over mess. The rice comes out a little more soft than what I usually like, and that's following the directions from the book, but i will play with it again and add a little less water, see if that helps make drier rice. I am not keen on the crust it forms on the bottom. Im not sure if the steamer adds anything as I find a pot on the stove is easier. Over all easy to use, looks great on the bench. although it doesn't save time. I think I will stick to my usual way of cooking rice.

Fluffy hot rice and steamed vegetables.
This cooks rice fluffy, quick and keeps rice hot. Easy to clean and use. Great to add extras to as it all cooks well. Large for all the family. I have used to steam vegetables also which came out well.

Perfectly cooked rice
I’m extremely happy with the rice cooker , It cooked the rice perfectly and also kept it from for us . I also used it to steam veggies I would definitely recommend this product and buy another one when needed . it was nice and easy to use just to add the rice add whatever anything else I wanted to add put the water pop on the lead press the button and it cooked on a time. It’s also very easy to clean.

Matt Black Russell Hobbs rice cooker
Absolutely fell in love with this rice cooker as soon as I opened the box. It is the nicest classiest looking rice cooker I have ever seen. A trendy appliance that serves a purpose and can also look nice on the kitchen bench. It is very easy to use and wash. I have used it 3 times already and each time has been a breeze. I love the option to be able to steam vegetables at the same time if I want too with the plastic steamer tray included to place over the rice. Russell Hobbs have nailed it!

Cook Rice and More in No Time
The cooker is working fast and good . The non-sticky layer makes cooking as well as cleaning much easier. But it would be great if a handle was included with the removable rice basket as it was hard to remove it while hot . Also if left on Warm mode for long time the bottom rice gets burnt slightly. The steamer basket is working good but I prefer it to be in other materials rather than plastic. On the whole , the rice cooker is helpful and it is easy for cooking during busy and tired days - just switch on and rice is ready , we don't have to stay with it as like stovetop rice cooking, which I like the best.

Cooks well
We love rice in this household and cook a variety of different grains. I was able to cook basmati, jasmine and short grain in this with minimal issues. There was scorching of rice at the bottom but other than that a good rice cooker.

What's with the overflow ??
I have this rice cooker thinking it would be excellent at home. We eat rice 3 or 4 times a week. With the correct amount of water, always, it oozes out steam an water all over the cooker and the bench.

Russell Hobbs Turbo Rice Cooker Bl
Brought this for my father in law as he lives alone and he loves it. The clear glass lid is great for keeping an eye on the cooking without lifting the lid & easy to use functions. He not only cooks rice in it but other things as well. Definitely recommend.
