Slick looking toaster
I really love the look of this toaster. It has sleek lines and an elegant look that I really like. It cooks the toast really quickly and evenly - the whole family love that element!

Breakfast made easy
Modern design, easy to use. Electronic touch control remembers your last setting. Like all toasters, might take a few goes to get your preferred browning right but surprisingly even when I had to re-toast, I never ended up with burnt toast! That's a win.

Russell Hobbs Attentiv 2 Slice Toaster
I like the design at first sight. However, it took me a bit to get to know how to use, as it came with the digital touch screen pad, not like the regular toaster. But after that I enjoy using it. It’s nice, modern and functional.

Love this sleek machine
Great new series from Russel Hobbs. Very trustworthy brand indeed. Nice chrome finish looks very classy and matches any decor. The pair with kettle looks more stylish. Very luxurious to use giving you so many useful features like browning technology. No more guess work with time and no more burnt toast for me. Very quick as well than other toasters I’ve used. Highly recommend this upgrade, it is so worth it making lives easier during rush hour mornings. Great product highly recommended already to friends and family who are sourcing their set soon.

Super sleek kitchen essentials!
Well, these 2 fabulous Russell Hobbs kitchen essentials were delivered to my home! Super easy to set up, one touch go & the job’s done! Perfect toast (to the ghost toast or golden finish of your choice! ) The Russell Hobbs kettle is attractive on the counter, again single touch with settings to keeps your water at a preferred temperature! Super smart! I can honestly say, this is an absolute m’must have’ for any kitchen. I’m very impressed!

Tends to toast the outer bread too much
I found this toaster to look nice, I like the design and stainless steel appearance. It has a touch pad for the on/off and heat settings, and has a lever to lower the toast to cook. I used both fresh and frozen bread to test out this toaster, and I also used grain bread, white and wholemeal. All bread toasted more on the outside leaving some burnt sections. I mostly used level 2 and 3. I used the defrost option for the frozen bread and put on level 4. Overall I would not purchase this toaster as it was too inconsistent for me.

Smart toaster :D
Using a toaster with added functions such as colour-sensing technology was a new experience for me. I even tried toast darker (charred - unhealthy, I know) than I was used to and was pleasantly surprised when it tasted good. The downside for me was that I didn't know what to expect from the colour-sensing options provided and how the colour and crispiness of the toast would turn out per colour level. When testing the colour levels (on wholemeal bread), the jump between the first two-to-three colour levels was too slow at first and then a little more drastic with the next levels, to the point where I didn't test the last level as I wasn't sure if the toast would be fully burnt.

So cool
I love this toaster from top to bottom! It has the electronic sleek black base and brushed stainless steel and actually matches my oven which I love. It toasts well and the amount of toastiness is on point to the dial.

Just Falls Short
I really wanted to love this toaster but I just couldn't get it to brown the toast how I liked. It says it has colour sense technology, but I'm afraid I couldn't communicate with that. I have added a photo of sourdough which cooked on setting 4 out of a possible 6, was not browned at all. I then did one on 5 and it was better but thought it quite a big difference for a change of one setting. I also found the setting to use when you are toasting frozen bread not to do anything, admittedly I was using setting 4 I need to retry on setting 5 but I would have thought 4 out of 6 setting would show some colour. I did like the warming setting, you put cold toast in and it warms it up, tastes freshly cooked, I used this to brown up the under toasted slices. Such a shame as the matching kettle is outstanding.

Smart Functioning Toaster
The Russell Hobbs toaster has many smart functions which make toasting a breeze. The touch controls and LED display allow you to choose if you’d like to toast frozen bread, reheat toast or use the toaster like a traditional one with the timed toasting setting. The colour sense technology allows you to choose your desired preference of light brown or darker toast. It is also great if you have larger items to toast because the slots are a great size. I highly recommend this along side the matching kettle.

Finally perfect toast
I’m so happy with this Russell Hobbs toaster. It makes such a difference being able to choose your browning level depending if it’s for myself, my partner or my daughter, as we all like different levels of toastyness! I like to toast different bread types and find this toaster does a better job than my other “brand” one. I don’t have to keep popping it up and checking it or flipping the bread around, it actually does what it says it does, toasts to perfection.

Looks awesome and stylish
This toaster looks awesome. It has a defrost function which I find super handy as I freeze a lot of bread because I cant eat a whole loaf before it goes stale. I have tried the Intuitiv function but I have struggled with it so I stick with the old style minutes of toasting function.

Amazing! This toaster is brilliant!
This toaster is brilliant! As a Mother of 4 kids, we use our toaster daily. My kids won't eat day old bread so it goes straight into the freezer. The old toaster would either burn ghe bread or leave it frozen in the middle. This toaster solves all that! Being able to watch the bread cook with the colour sense technology was a game changer. No longer have to wait for it to pop up and hope for the best. We even tried Briche bread and it came out so fluffy on the inside and perfectly toasted outside. The styling of this toaster is gorgeous, it looks so clean and sharp in the kitchen and the packaging gives off the ultimate Dolce and Gabbana vibes!! I had kids fighting over who could use it next. 10/10 from me!!

Love my perfectly toasted breads !
A great toaster with modern design and plenty of useful features. I can toast, reheat and thaw breads to my preference using the touch control settings. Cleaning if catch tray is easy. Overall, I am very pleased with this toaster and have no hesitation in recommending.
