Mecca kit Kissing Balm

I received this product for my honest feedback. What I really like about this lip balm is the refreshing benefits it has. It has a metal applicator and this metal applicator gives a cooling effect whenever you apply the lip balm to your lips. Due to the cooling effect, it makes me feel refreshed and changes my mood boosts my energy, even though this could all be mentally, but it sure is benefiting in this way. Apart from the cooling benefits, it is also moisturising my lips and has come very handy during this winter because whenever I am going outside and I don’t have lip balm on, my lips are getting dry and windburn, but when I’m having this lip balm on, it’s protecting my lips and avoiding me from getting dry lips and if I do have dry lips, it is definitely moisturising my lips. It is minty and the balm is clear with no tint so you can use this on top of long lasting lip colour to give you a little bit of shine. However, I personally would prefer if it did come tinted.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the lip balm was a delightful minty scent. The product packaging itself is very sturdy and seems like its made with quality materials. I did have some trouble getting the product out of the tube as it has a very thick consistency and I had to use quite a bit of pressure to release it. The metal applicator is a nice touch and felt very cooling on the lips in addition to the minty feel. The balm itself goes on smoothly, but there was a slightly grainy kind of feel once the product warmed up and it left a chemical kind of aftertaste. I didn't enjoy the lip balm overall but it did leave my lips feeling soft after using it for a week or so.

The kissing balm had a lovely minty fragrance which was nice when on however created a dry/tickly sense in the back of my throat while wearing the product. The metal tip gave a nice cool application however there was a fine grainy texture which was not so pleasant when on the lips. While I did not enjoy wearing the product the results were great and my lips were soft.

Lovely, smooth, light, non-greasy formula. I'm keen to try another scent, and love the way it feels on my lips. A really lovely product.

Love this product. Leaves my lips feeling smooth and hydrated for extended periods of times. Only a smal amount is needed so the tube goes a long way. The metal end is also an enjoyable feeling on my lips. The scent is fresh and I enjoy using this after brushing my teeth.

Really love this lip balm! The tube and packaging is lovely to start with, it feels fun and vibrant but also expensive feeling. The metal tip applicator on the end of the lip balm is great - it leaves a cool feeling on your lips when spreading the product. The balm itself is perfect - thick enough without being too thick, smooth, perfect amount of aroma and a slight cooling tingle. Great size to last a while but small enough to carry around in your bag or pocket. My lips felt more hydrated immediately and I felt a definitely difference within days of using. Looking forward to purchasing more when this one runs out!

I really enjoy using the Mecca kit kissing balm as it has really soothed my lips during this especially harsh Melbourne winter. Best to warm the tube a bit in order to squeeze out the balm since it has quite a dense consistency which I do prefer to runny balm at any time. The minty cooling factor is also a nice feeling when applied. I’ve been using this most days and even incorporated this into my makeup routine- I’ll apply lipliner then the kissing balm on top for a smooth, kissable finish.

I loved the applicator tip of this balm, it made it super easy to apply on the go. It would be even better if the lid was a flip top lid or something you could open one handed, but regardless it was easy to apply. I liked the cool feel applicator tip which led into the minty flavour and scent of the balm. It wasn’t overpowering but pleasant enough and kept my lips feeling hydrated. I think that this kind of scent and texture means that as soon as it wears off, you feel as though you need more, almost a bit addictive. Overall a good lip balm.

The metal applicator appeals to me the most - amazing and cooling. Love the peppermint flavor. It was not too overpowering and just the right intensity. It was however a bit tricky to get the balm out the first time around. Instructions did say to rub to get the product out. Not as moisturizing but still cute to have in the purse.

I really enjoyed most aspects of this lip balm. It definitely soothed my dry winter lips and stayed on for a decent amount of time. I quite liked the minty smell too. On the downside, it was very hard to squeeze the product out each time I used it. It also had quite a tingle on my lips which although wasn't overly unpleasant, did feel a bit strange for a soothing lip balm.

I received this product just in time for winter dry and wind burnt lips . I had spent two days thinking about how I will never see my pre winter lips again based on how much they were damaged until this arrived in the mail . Instant relief and not only that but it healed them and I didn’t feel the need to re apply every hour like others . The cooling metal application tip is a fantastic idea and makes the product feel more luxury than a lip balm . The package its self is also a nice soft finish . I would buy again and I would gift to a friend .

Lipbalm is light, moisture, smells good and easy to apply. The only problem is you have to press it hard for the lipbalm to come out. I thought there’s a cover but after I checked, no cover and you just have to press it harder.

This lip balm is AMAZING! It repaired my dry lips and protected them from the harsh winter winds and cold - leaving them softer than ever before! Before trying this I used to use supermarket bought lip balms, but not anymore!!!! This is now my go to for soft, hydrated and healthy lips!!

When I first went to use this lip balm I found it hard to get out of the tube, because it can get hard when it’s cold, but once I warmed it up in my hands it worked like a dream. It instantly hydrates my lips, it smells amazing (not over powering) and the metal tip is soothing to cracked lips. This is a fantastic product and I 100% recommend this product and will myself purchase again.
