Kiehls Retinol Serum
I liked this serum and how it felt when applied to my skin. It made my skin soft and smooth and primed for moisturiser. I do feel after inspecting my skin that my wrinkles are slightly minimised.

Not for me
Initially, had no issues with the product. But recently it has been causing flakiness and dryness in patches and a slight irritation on application. This is a pity since I have noticed a change in the appearance of lines (particularly around the eyes). So, unfortunately, though the product seems to work (and probably would under continued use) the irritation it is causing me, means it's not for me.

Would be happy to use this in daily
I am very pleased with the results. My skin is softer, smoother and i think i look more refreshed. I am at a age where i am trying to find products to help me keep my younger looking skin stay that way. I am a huge believer in looking after your self, and found that this Kiehl's product has really helped. I don't wear a lot of makeup but unfortunately got a lot of sun damage, so seeing and feeling that my skin is softer was really great. I had no bad reaction, no redness afterwards and it absorbed quickly.

Luxurious product is a must have
I very much enjoyed trying out Kiehl’s Retinol Skin Renewing Daily Micro-Dose serum and I’m a convert. I used the product twice daily as directed after cleansing my face, ensuring not to put on my eyelids. I followed each application with my standard face and eye cream each time. The cream is unscented and a pale yellow colour. Very light in texture and did not feel hydrating on application (it would dry immediately). I would say overall I felt my crows feet and other facial lines and wrinkles improved over the course of the 4 weeks. Loved it as a product. The only down side would be it’s a little bit on the price side, but definitely worth it if you can afford it.

A great gentle daily retinol
A gentle daily retinol that doesn't cause irritation. I've used several different retinols in the past and they can be hit and miss in terms of irritation. I find I usually can't use a retinol more than 2 times a week, but with the Kiehls skin renewing micro dose serum, I can use it daily. I found it paired really well with the Kiehls dark spot treatment serum and I noticed my skin was brighter and I had less hormonal acne coming through. Definitely recommend, especially for retinol newbies.

Quality skincare
Kiehl’s Retinol Skin-Renewing Daily Micro-Dose Serum Is a easy and quick addition to your skin care routine. I have used the product for four weeks now and my skin is smoother, brighter and I have noticed my fine lines are decreasing. The serum was absorbed into my skin easily and did not cause any irritation. I was able to use it once daily under my moisturiser after cleansing my face. I will continue to use this serum.

It works!
The first thing I noticed was the smell, which was a bit herbal, but it didn't bother me. It didn't make my skin tingle like other retinol products that I have used before, but my skin went through 2 waves of peeling quite severely (each time lasting about a week before going back to normal). I had noticed that the lines on my forehead aren't as deep anymore, which is great!

Gentle retinol
The Kiehl’s retinol serum is a fantastic way to introduce skin to retinol products. I’ve been using retinol products for a couple of years now and this is the first product that hasn’t caused any irritation, dryness or flaking. In saying that I also haven’t seen the results I get from other retinol products just yet. It absorbs easily into the skin without any greasy residue. I do question the directions to apply morning and night.

Micro Dose Serum
While I don't want to say this was bad, it was uneventful. My skin did not show any particular signs of improvement with this product. I always use serums in my skincare routine, Kiehl's being one of them in the past but this is one I'd give a miss. However it was easy to use, nice to apply & felt good on the skin BUT I did not like the scent very much.

Easy to apply. Gets results.
I found this product very easy to apply - a pea sized amount is all that is needed for my entire face. The product is really smooth and does not smell. It spreads easily and genuinely doesn’t feel like it is sitting on top of your skin hours later. The product felt like it soaked into my skin almost immediately. It is also fits into a simple skincare routine; I cleansed my face and night and then applied the product. Done! I didn’t really notice any changes to my skin until I had been using the product for 3 weeks. I then noticed that my skin felt and looked smoother, my pores were smaller (particularly on and around my nose and chin) and the skin around my eyes tightened up. I had heard that retinol can cause redness, dryness or peeling, but I didn’t experience any of these things (I have sensitive skin). This product didn’t remove all my wrinkles, but it did reduce them in a way that is noticeable and makes me feel good! I am going to keep using it so that the results keep coming.

I have used a wide range of retinol serums, and was surprised by the Kiehls serum! It had a great texture & after the 4 weeks left my skin glowing with improvements in skin texture. I would recommend trying it!
