I always have these handy in the pantry or even in my drawer at work. Love to try this in different salads, homemade sushis and even on rice cakes. Mix in with a bit of mayo and other things like red or spring onion to change up the flavour to make it more exciting!

Not bad overall. Would recommend for anyone to make a tuna bake or to have on its own.

Yummy
It's great at home with a salad. Works on a corn chip as a snack with drinks as well.
It is I'm a huge fan of John West canned tuna. Not only does it taste incredible, but it's also a great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. The cans are always fresh and the quality of the fish is unmatched. I'd highly recommend John West canned tuna to anyone looking for a convenient and delicious meal option.
I love the quality of John west tuna, always tastes good and consistent in flavor. We use it in pasta, to make sandwiches and sushi and my favorite tuna toasties
John West Tuna Light in Springwater:
John West Tuna Light in Springwater isn't just a can of fish; it's a culinary chameleon, a nutritional powerhouse, and a testament to sustainable fishing practices. This seemingly simple tin holds within it a world of possibilities, ready to transform into a quick and healthy meal or elevate everyday dishes with its delicate flavor and versatility.
A Flavor as Pure as the Ocean
One of the most striking features of John West Tuna Light in Springwater is its clean and unadulterated taste. Unlike tuna packed in oil, which can sometimes impart a strong flavor, the springwater allows the natural taste of the fish to take center stage. This makes it an incredibly versatile ingredient, capable of seamlessly integrating into a wide array of recipes without overpowering other flavors. Whether you're crafting a simple tuna salad sandwich or incorporating it into a complex pasta bake, the tuna's subtle flavor profile ensures it
Fresh tasting. Flavoursome easy to serve. Can be served with different sides

Love the chunks
I always enjoy the John West tuna chunks. The can is full to the brim which makes me feel like I get my monies worth. I would love to see more flavours in the chunky range, similar to the tempters. But the plain flavour is so versatile, I love making tuna nachos with it.
