Heinz plant based soup
Heinz plant proteinz Mexican style soup was ok for my tastes. For me it was a quick meal, especially with this cold weather, more spicy than expected. The three stars from me it’s because when I heated it up and tried it, I had a strange taste in my mouth. It was like eating from inside the packaging and not from the plate.

Good hearty lunch option
Really tasty and filling chunky soup. The flavours were true. Not a pretty soup but is quick and easy to heat up in the microwave. A little hard to squeeze all of it out of the pouch.

Tasty
The soup is very tasty. It's quite thick and needs to be heated. Contains a lot of beans, corn, sweet potato as the description says. I tried it on its own and also a bit mixed sour cream on top of corn chips. Both times I really enjoyed the soup.

Full of vegetables.
This Mexican style soup was very nice. It has a rich tomato base with corn, black beans and sweet potato. The flavour was great and it is a good quick meal when you don’t have time to cook. It is made with natural ingredients and contains fibre and protein for a filling meal. If it had less salt it would be perfect!

Plant based soup
This tomato based soup was thick and tasty, with a nice flavour and touch of spice. As the name of the soup indicates it contained black bean and corn which helped to make it filling, not just a soup but a ‘meal’. The instructions for heating were clear and easy to follow. I would eat again!

Delicious healthy soup!
This soup was delicious! I find that it’s very authentic and didn’t feel like it’s ready made soup at all! Heinz, plant proteins, I didn’t even notice it has no meat!

Pleasantly surprised!
I am thoroughly impressed by Heinz Plant Proteinz soup. Firstly, I was dubious about a packet soup tasting so good. I was impressed by the taste. The soup was thick and filled me up quickly. The taste was fresh, and it had a bit of a zing to it. I had a look at the ingredients on the packet and again, this was a pleasant surprise to not find any food additives and other numbers that usually represent something not made from actual food. There were no processed sugars added except a bit of brown sugar which is acceptable, and I consider this to be the healthiest packet soup I have ever come across. I will be adding this soup to my regular grocery shop.

Tasty and healthy high protein soup.
I'm so glad that I picked up this soup to try. It is delicious, filling and healthy. It has a distinct Mexican flavour that is just wonderful. There is 15 grams of plant protein in the pack and it's so convenient( I'm thinking work lunches). Just pop in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1-2mins. I'll be buying this soup regularly from now on.

Review of Heinz Soup
The Heinz Mexican Style Corn and Black Bean soup with sweet potato and coriander made for a delicious and hearty meal, perfect for a winter's lunch. There is a bit of a kick to it, so be prepared for some spice, but it's nicely balanced with some slight sourness as well. It is a little heavy on the sodium however this is pretty typical of microwaveable soup. The soup contains 15g of plant protein per serve so it's a great way of getting your protein in. Overall, I would recommend it for a quick and easy meal.

Delicious Mexican flavoured soup!
The Heinz® Plant Proteinz™ Mexican Style Corn & Black Bean Soup with Sweet Potato & Coriander was delicious. For those who like Mexican flavours, it had the spice and taste to satisfy, especially with the coriander. The black beans and sweet potato added protein and nutrition. Overall it was great.
