This is a great quick & easy meal to whip up on these cold winter days. We split this one pouch between the two of us and was more than enough to satisfy us. The texture is thick and creamy and full of flavour! If you're worried about the 'crunchy pepita seeds' don't be, I didn't even notice them! Pairs perfectly with some good old classic butter on toast! Yum!
This soup was delicious - the perfect pumpkin and Cashew flavour combination, with a lovely hint of coconut in there. It was hearty and full of flavour. I wouldn't say it was 2 servings by itself - but it did feed 2 with a side of bread. I didn't love the addition of the pepitas as it wasn't a chunky soup, apart from these. Super easy, convenient and and handy to have in the cupboard for a very quick meal.
Flavour was terrific, simply open the pouch and eat. Plenty in the packet so you aren’t left hungry. Great with toasted Turkish bread.

Rich and tasty
I loved the pumpkin and cashew soup and have never tried the combination before but loved how filling and yummy it was! I had mine on the go as I have my new born in the carrier and it was perfect to sip on in a cup or eat from a bowl! I will definitely be stocking on these for the colder months!

Creamy delight
In my poor Uni days I have pre-made soups a go and never again made that mistake...but it looks like in the past 15 years packet soups have come a long way.
Hesitant at first, and concerned the family wouldn't try it, I emptied the contents into a saucepan and hid the evidence.
Served up the creamy cashew pumpkin soup with bits of pumpkin seeds and the results...Husbands bowl was wiped clean within minutes, son asked for seconds and well, I was surprisingly very delighted with the taste, texture and absolutely loved the seeds!
Am I convert? Yep, I'll be buying some more.ofnthese soups to have in the pantry for days when I need a quick yet tasty meal or even just when I want soup.
Would highly recommend you give it a go, genuinely surprised and satisfied!

Quick and tasty
I am always on the lookout for a quick, healthy and tasty meal and this soup ticked all those boxes. Open the packet, pour into a saucepan, bring to boil and serve, it's that simple. Not only simple, but tasted delicious. So much flavour and a smooth, creamy consistency. Highly recommend.
The soup was creamy, the flavours went together really well. There were hints of pumpkin and it was delicious with bits of cashews and pepitas through it. Great winter meal for 2 people with a side of garlic bread or pizza.

Full of Flavour
I loved this soup made with quality ingredients it was so creamy full of flavour the cashews added a nice texture easy to prepare warms you up on a cold Winters day a little expensive for just 2 serving but worth the price I would highly recommend and buy it again
A hearty option that can serve as a meal on its own or as a starter. It's easy to prepare and has a wholesome, homemade quality. While the flavor profile is distinct and enjoyable, it might not be ideal for those who prefer more traditional soup flavors. Overall, it's a delightful choice for those seeking a comforting and nutritious option.
Hart & Soul Creamy Pumpkin and Cashew Soup was delicious and incredibly creamy!
I wasn’t sure how soup ready made in a packet from the shelf would taste but was pleasantly surprised.
Rich pumpkin flavour made creamy by the blended cashew nuts.
Highly recommend this soup and I will certainly be stocking this flavour in my cupboard for a quick and easy lunch or snack.
Enjoy!

Delicious, so delicious!
There are certain foods that evoke a sense of comfort and warmth, and Hart & Soul's Creamy Pumpkin & Cashew Soup undoubtedly falls into this category.
First and foremost, the texture of this soup is impeccable. It’s luxuriously creamy, with a velvety smoothness that coats your palate with every spoonful. The addition of cashews is a stroke of genius, providing a delightful texture that contrasts beautifully with the silky base. It's this attention to detail that elevates this soup from merely good to exceptional.
Now, let's talk about the flavour profile. The pumpkin essence shines through, offering a delicate sweetness that is perfectly balanced by a medley of spices. Each sip unfolds a symphony of flavours, with strong hints of turmeric and cumin. It's a culinary masterpiece that's reminiscent of a gourmet restaurant experience, yet conveniently packaged for enjoyment at home.

Different
Nice and creamy. Bit sweet. Great to keep in the cupboard.
To be honest, I was a tad skeptical about what this soup would taste like from reading the packaging and its ingredients. As soon as I saw 'cumin' I instantly thought it'd have a 'Keen's Curry Powder' flavour vibe (which I'm not into). First spoonful or two did give me an Indian flavour palate. But as I ate more I found I started to really enjoy the flavour. Very creamy, thick but not too thick. I ended up eating both servings in the packet in the one sitting, won't lie. There were pepitas (why?) and little cashew bits in the soup which, though they were soft and a nice texture change, aren't really necessary in my opinion. I would have this again, it wouldn't be my first choice as a pumpkin soup as it wasn't super pumpkiny, but it was really lovely and would be great on a winter day with toasted sourdough dipped in (or in a cob loaf - you're welcome for that idea by the way!)
