Minty and Saucy!
I am not generally a fan of mint jelly, but after deciding on lamb for our Christmas lunch, I thought I would give this one a try. It’s much thinner than the jelly style, but still thick enough not to water down everything on your plate.

Fountain Mint Sauce
A nice accompaniment sauce to your meaty meals. Sauce had a pleasant minty smell and taste and thick sauce which was easy to pour on your meals. Great sauce to add on lamb meals.

Beautiful sauce
I enjoyed this mint sauce over my roast lamb and found it absolutely delicious. It has a beautiful thick consistency and nice mint flavour that isn't overpowering. I can't wait to serve it at Christmas time!

Great for the BBQ

Good Mint Sauce
This is a great mint sauce, lovely flavour, and is a regular in our home. I always have it on standby to make a quick and easy creamy mint sauce, by mixing it with a little natural yoghurt. This same mix can also be used to marinate lamb or chicken.

Brought back memories of my childhood
Growing up my Mum always cooked our lamb using mint sauce but I haven't used it when cooking lamb before. Fountain is a brand that has been around ever since I can remember and it's a reliable, trustworthy brand. I cooked the family lamb chops and put the sauce over the chops before cooking them. As soon as I ate the chops I could taste the mint flavour without it being overpowering. It was easy to spread the sauce on the chops. Tasting the mint sauce brought back happy memories of my childhood and in particular my Mum's cooking. My son is reluctant to eat meat, so I mixed some mint sauce with some Greek yoghurt and encouraged him to dip his meat into the dip. He enjoyed it and ate the chops without complaint.

Excellent tasting condiment
As kids there was nothing worse that trying not to pour out too much mint sauce to drown your plate. Enter Fountain! The thickness of the sauce was impressive, but the flavour even better. No overpowering scent or taste! 10/10 for us! Even my seven year old enjoyed her very first mint sauce experience! This is a winner!

Love the thickness but needs more mint
I love the thicker style of sauce. It is the perfect consistency, it glazes the meat instead of running off into a puddle on your plate. Perfect if you want to glaze it over meat while you are cooking it. The only fault I give it is that there isn't enough mint in the sauce, therefore you get a minty flavour but it is predominantly the bite of the vinegar. It definitely needs to be more minty.

Tastes like memories
