Nothing killer about these beans
I found nothing killer about these beans. The packaging reflects how bland it is. They are nothing like your regular baked beans, which was good for those wanting less sugar. But it was a very basic flavour of 2 different beans in a passata. Passata is simply a can of crushed tomato blended. Basil flavour very mild to non existent. I was expecting chilli or some wow factor but was very disappointed. You can't have these on their own. I suggest adding to tacos or burritos and adding spices like cumin and paprika. I would describe these as bland healthy beans. Not killer. I would only buy again if the store was out of kidney beans and I needed it for tacos. The brand does have 2 other flavours a smoke bbq and a chilli I would like to try out but the tomato basil flavour was boring.

Beans
I loved it. Basil is my favourite herb and when I seen this on the shelf I just had to have it. I could eat 100 of them. Not sure why they were taken from shelves but I miss them already!

Versatile beans for many meals
This bean combination is great in Mexican meals for tacos, Chili con carne and also a great addition to many meals that benefit from additional protein such as bolognese and chunky soups Iike minestrone

Best Beans for a Chilli con carne
Bought them by accident but it turned out to be the best Chilli con carne ever. I like it Spicy and i usually have to put 4 cans of chilli beans Into the dish. but this one made it perfect with only 2 regular and 1 chili can with 2 of these.

Not for everyone
I wasn't a fan of this unfortunately it just didn't have the flavour and taste I was looking for, others might enjoy it but I didn't it was eatable but no something I'd eat again

I love to throw this into some mince with tomato paste, kind of like a bolognese! Great on some buttered sourdough toast too!

Nice twist on baked beans
Delicious can of baked beans - like a twist on the regular stuff we usually get. Tastes a bit more natural and wholesome. Ate this by itself with some bread for lunch - very easy heart meal!

Peri Peri Chicken Soup
I do like this product but I can say I taste too much starch and sucrose type of product in this. Very thick as well. it is filling but looks like too thick I had to add water to this. Overall I would give 6/10 to this soup. I like the taste of peri peri but it is too mild. More flavor can be given.

Good beans
I tried these recently. Found the can in our pantry and decided to add it to some mince, frozen veg, can of diced tomatoes and grated carrot to stretch out a home made pasta sauce. This not only lasted us for about 7 individual meals (wow) but the beans were quite nice. We often add beans/lentils to our pasta sauces.
