I wasn't entirely sure I'd be keen on the hot variety of the Chilli Beanz, but I was pleasantly surprised. They make for a great shortcut when making chilli, spicy soups, shashuka or taco rice. It has a good punch without being overly hot and would be fine on its own than just an add-in to a dish. It would be nice if it had a little more flavour to the sauce, but I would buy this again to have on hand when I want to cut down on time in cooking.
This product fit the criteria of being hot. Not super hot however compared to other spicy things. I think keeping it in their normal size is good. I'm not sure if it's worth a separate product rather than just adding some chillis to it.
I’m not a fan of anything with spice in it but these beans were quite nice. Anyone that does like a bit of spice would love these

Good ingredient to add to a meal
This product had great flavour. Whilst it labelled as hot it was not too bad. It definitely had a kick. If you don't like spice i suggest you buy the medium rate tin. I tried them on their own in a toastie but it went better when it was mixed with some mince and other vegetables.

A nice change from the usual!
This was a nice change from the usual baked beans! I love some heat in my food and this was just right for me. Definitely something I’d be purchasing again to mix up. Think these would go great for a pie!

Yum!
Great flavour, filling and quality product you’d expect. Heat level for me probably 5/10 but I do like spice.
I love a little bit of spice so was super keen to try this product. Was hard to find though! Tried 5 different stores before I could track it down and I'd nearly given up home. Great size of the can, it ended up being two serves of beans on toast for us. Made a great, tasty and filling snack. The only thing I would say was I wi wished it were more spicy!

Super scrumptious, I just bought 7 more!
These were so good! I was a bit worried about the heat but they were just right, steamy enough to clear my sinuses and not set my mouth on fire. I was really hungry so just heated them and ate with toast, absolutely delicious - I just had half a tin but they were so yummy I went back for the other half. Next time I'm having them as nachos :)
I really enjoyed the Heinz Hot Chilli Beanz - they had the perfect amount of kick without being too spicy and had a great flavour. They were perfect for lunch and tasted amazing in a jaffle or even just served over rice. I also loved that they're a healthy option, containing multiple serves of vegetables in each can. Would highly recommend, especially if you're after a quick, easy and healthy lunch idea!

Spicy baked beans
I grabbed both the hot and medium to try. While both have a great spice level, I would of imagined a more smokey flavour for chilli beans. These still taste like baked beans. I would imagine that's because, though the tin only listed red kidney beans in the ingredients, I can visually see there is navy or pinto beans also in the mix. I enjoyed frying mushrooms, capsicum and onion up to add to the mix for a more balanced breakfast with some eggs and avocado. However, if you are looking for a spicy bean mix in a can, I would recommend F. Whitlocks brand over these. They just have more depth to the flavour, and less baked bean taste.
I was pleasantly surprised that the Hot wasn't overpowering, rather there is a nice balance between the large beans and the sauce. The beans weren't mushy like some baked beans, they have a firm texture. I could easily match the Chilli Beans with a dob of sour cream and corn chips on the side. I also noted the 5 star health rating, as well as being a high source of protein. This could be the start of a healthier diet, but no promises.
The usual quality of Heinz spiced up. Great taste and not toooo Hot but just right.

Spicy and yum
I love the versatility of Heinz Chilli Beanz Hot 420g. It's great as a standalone meal, enjoyed on its own or with a dollop of sour cream and shredded cheese. It's also a fantastic addition to chili con carne, burritos, and nachos. The spicy flavor adds a kick to any dish, and the beans provide a satisfying protein boost. The heat just enhances the taste and flavours when used in a dish that made it more exciting and delicious. Would definitely repurchase.
