De’Longhi Rivelia Fully Automatic Coffee Machine

The setup was easy but a little fiddly in the beginning overal 7/10 for initial setup but the daily use is great 9/10, only issue would be the the water tank and the coffee grind deposit need to be cleaned our more often. I would say 8/10 on the taste mostly because the coffee isn't as hot as I like. I love the compact size of the machine, this is half the size of my current machine, so it's really good in a small kitchen like mine. But the shiny black does tend to attract dust a little more and maybe the water tank might need to be a bit bigger. I do like the fact that there are so many different options of coffees and you can also manually set up the amount of coffee / milk required. Also like the ability to have different profiles as my wife has a different intensity of coffee than me.

I am a bit of a coffee aficionado, who has multiple espressos a day and the occasional cappuccino. I am also the assigned coffee maker in our home, so I also have to, every morning, make my wife her oat milk café latte to go, which she drinks on her commute on the train to work. Since we received our DeLonghi Rivelia, all that work is a thing of the past. The crema on the espresso is impressive, especially after calibrating the beans' grind size and the coffee extraction temperature. The milk frothing, for both cow's and oat milk, works perfectly, can be changed for the desired creaminess, and the frother self-cleans after every use. Better yet, all these functions are easy to select using the touch-screen and the configurable user profiles. This means perfect espressos for me, as well as perfect café lattes for my wife every morning, without me having to make them for her by hand. All-in-all, I'm thoroughly impressed by this little coffee powerhouse and will be recommending it!

It begins with opening up the box, I was a little nervous as I pulled it all out. Surprisingly as I started to pit it together it was super easy and the machine helped with promoting me through the whole process! Once setup I had to go through the process of water pressure and bean settings, this was made to be a very simple process. I then began to make my first beverage (espresso) to fine tune length and strength. I made approximately 3 cups to gain perfect balance! I have been using this machine now for about 5 weeks and have gone from 2 coffee’s in the morning to having 5-6 cups throughout the day and one cup just before bed! I really enjoy this machine and still has so many features that I haven’t had an opportunity to use yet but I will definitely be trying more of it’s functions soon! I absolutely love it and definitely recommend it to anyone who likes good coffee!!

This machine has changed the way we make coffee. With the pre-programmed feature we just have to press a button and we have our perfect cup of coffee the way we want it. Having the options with milky coffee or coffee without milk, a scroll screen with every different coffee available to make. A easy clean up option with the push of a button, a easy pull out draw for the ground coffee makes cleaning up easy, just pop the milk jug out and refrigerate until your next coffee.

This compact machine is easy to set up and has user-friendly colour touchscreen. Can store up to four coffee profiles for customisation options. There are 16 preset recipes available, from cappuccino, macchiato to iced lattes, as well as hot water or milk. It features the Bean switch system so it comes with two interchangeable hoppers to switch between different beans - good for those afternoons when I switch to decaf. There is the bean-adapt technology which is great as it grinds and brews according to the bean type by entering information about the coffee beans of my choice. It will then brew an espresso and recommend the best grind and temperature settings, allowing me to name and save the profile – which is super helpful as I like to try a variety of beans and want to make use of the two hoppers included. Apart from beans, it also lets me use ground coffee. I didn’t feel the need to adjust a lot of default settings as my coffee is always delicious. Very impressive and so worth it.

I am a big fan of coffee at home, starting with pod machines in the begining and working my way up to automatic and manual machines. All have their pro's and cons, one is quicker, one is fancier and fun. The DeLonghi Rivel sits nicely in the middle. Just as easy as a pod machine, and in some cases even easier as it does the milk for you, while still getting that freshly ground coffee feel. It is also priced squarely in the middle, expect better quality coffee over pod machines however it is not fully at the level of a manual machine (that costs at least twice as much) This is already my wifes favourite machine for a quick quality coffee and has found a permanent place on our bench

What a machine! I am a big coffee fan and have always owned manual machines grinding and frothing the milk myself. I was excited to try this machine and even booked an online consult, which I didn’t need as the machine is so easy to set up and use! The screen runs through everything to do with setting it up so you can make your coffee also set up profiles and even get the perfect amount of coffee in your favourite cup at the right strength and intensity for you. Our first few coffees were not great but this was simply due to the machine being new. Once we had made about six coffees experimenting with grinds and different types of coffee the end product is just amazing, I will honestly never go back to my old manual coffee machine! The machine is sleek and stylish and there is no mess! The machine heats up in no time at all and it saves me time in the morning . I only wish there was a sleek dish to use when turning it off and on and cleaning to catch the water. Overall I LOVE it!!

The Delonghi Rivelia is an excellent addition to your the home or small office environment. The bean switch system and profiles means that you can customise your coffee, not just to your routine, but to what you feel like in the moment, easily changing beans on the fly to meet a different taste. From unboxing to coffee making was about 10 minutes, with an extremely easy to follow setup process. The only issue I identified during my trial was the small size of the water reservoir meant that frequent filling was necessary. This does mean that the water is guaranteed to be fresh, but may be a point of frustration if access to water is not convenient in the environment you're using it in. The Revelia makes a competent espresso out of the box and trialling different beans has produced a consistent quality of outcome. A very good purchase for anyone who likes on demand, great tasting coffee.

This coffee machine has changed my life, or at least how I enjoy my coffee. The machine has a crazily impressive range of coffee options available on its touchscreen pad, as well as 4 profile settings, allowing easy changes between people's coffee preferences at just a click of a button. So for example, I enjoy a large cafelatte at intensity 2, where is my husband enjoys a a medium cup but level 4, and did I mention you have the option to store your preferences to the particular time of day, morning, lunch & evening The machine came with the option of a one on one lesson via a Zoom meeting with a DeLonghi representative, which I think is amazing for anyone investing is a machine of this calibre, but on the same token the machine itself will talk you through all you need to know, including a water hardness test when you first set it up, cleaning reminders, filling the water tank so the next user doesn't have to etc. What an incredible machine for a true coffee lover.

I started off 10 years ago with pod machines, then upgraded to the magnifica a few years ago and was very happy. Once I tried the Rivelia I knew that it will replace my old machine. Fully Automatic is such a spoil - you can save your coffee settings and have multiple profiles, so it truly is one touch. Cleaning is easy, just turn a know and no need to stand there. Setting up is so simple, the on screen display talks you through everything. Bean adapt technology is awesome, and do note that the first few cups won't taste optimal. After about a week it was tasting way better than my magnifica. I did a couple of tweaks after using bean adapt tech, just to get that perfect cup. They also offer a training on how to use the machine, where you can get advice about perfecting your cuppa. My coffee tastes way better than barista made coffee as it's removed the human error, consistent cups all day.

A truly delightful experience, from bean to cup! I adore my Delonghi Riviela fully automated coffee legend. It's incredibly simply to set-up, guiding you through a fully-automated assembly process. The quality of the coffee is better than 9/10 cafés I frequent, and it's a breeze to use. One button in the morning, a few minutes later, and I have an extra-large double shot Americano to start my day with a smile. The self-cleaning feature is a step-change from my previous manual machine, and the ability to customise profiles will come in handy once we get to know the nuances of the device (which I can tailor to every coffee preference). Would recommend this to anybody who enjoys their coffee - it's a game-changer.

I love this coffee machine. It's easy to use and I love that it's fully automatic. I have a young baby and I don't have time to spend making good coffee. But with this, I simply press a button, I can walk away and know that I'll have a great tasting coffee in just moments. I used to spend money on cafe coffee, and since having this machine I haven't bought one, because honestly, this does it better. The look of the machine is great, it fits on my kitchen bench neatly. I love that I can customise how I like my coffee, and my partner can do the same. I would recommend this machine to all coffee lovers out there.

No thinking required with a fully automatic coffee machine! So easy to set up and use, compact and sleek machine. Many different coffee options and all customisable for coffee:milk ratio and cup size. Tells you when to clean and refill/empty components. Touch screen is comprehensive and many setting options. Multiple profile options for different users, who can customise their own brews for different times of day. Very easy to use and clean. I could only wish there was a guide to each of the different kinds of coffee. I have had to try them all and some are a little different to what you would get in a coffee shop. For example, a Caffelatte is mostly milk, and a Flat White is more like a latte. The ‘coffee routine’ times of day can not be adjusted, and it would be nice if they could. For example, morning is 4am - 11am, so I can’t set it to remember my 7am & 10am coffees to be different. Otherwise absolutely love it!
