It's an ok product
While not my favourite of fabric softeners, it did the job. I would purchase again but it wouldn't be my go to, as there are others I like better.

Fresh smell
This fabric conditioner has a really great smell after washing clothes and bedding. Keeps everything nice and soft too. My daughter has sensitive skin and does get affected to certain chemicals, but this one definitely is perfect for her. She has no skin irritation. Love it.

Smells great, if only it felt as great!
Loved seeing that this was plant based. When I opened this for the first time I did like the orange aroma that came from the bottle. Unfortunately after using this product in my washing my clothing didn't come out as soft as my normal softner I use. I was a little disappointed as I was hoping to love this product as its plant based.

Smells lovely but clothes are stiff
I unfortunately won't be buying this once I finished this bottle because it leaves my clothes stiff. I don't find it to condition my clothes much at all. It smells sensational and I like that it's paraben, phosphate and phthalates free. And it's fantastic that it's made in Australia. It's slightly thicker than other fabric softeners I've tried but it just doesn't do a good job. Wouldn't recommend.

Fresh scent and okay for sensitive skin
So far I have found the product to be okay for my sensitive skin. I have washed the towels in this and they were soft, smelt very fresh and pleasant and I have had 0 irritation so far. I would recommend this product for use and will continue to use at this time.

Absolutely amazing
I usually used powder for washing my clothes but this cuddly conditioner has absolutely changed my opinion. It's amazing. I can wash my clothes on a quick cycle and get the same results as if I did a long cycle because my clothes come out smelling amazing and feeling fresh and squeaky clean. I am 100% converted and will continue to purchase this product!

Clear & Clean
Love, love, love the clear packaging!! Instantly the smell had me... the mix & infusion of essential oils are just amazing. Fragrance remained on the clothing bringing back alive my memory to the first time i used the product. Product doesn't seem to be thick with a coating consistency.

Smells nice

Clean & Fresh Scent
Let me start by saying I hate fabric softener because it’s always a super strong floral smell and is off putting to me….BUT! When I opened the bottle, I wasn’t knocked over with an overworked scent at all - I really liked the clean and fresh smell and that is it 100% paraben, phosphate and phthalate free. Bottle is recyclable and it’s a plant based product. Big ticks from me!

Smells delicious and I'm already converted
This clear, plant based fabric softener is amazing. It passed the "sniff" test and the static test (I have fine long hair so easy to test). The plant based branding also appeals to my motherly side - having read up on the usual ingredients used.

Great product - will definitely keep using
