Not enough fragrance
I have used a few fabric conditioners before. There would be a beautiful smell when you take out the laundry and when you go near clothes when its drying, that was not the case with Cuddly Ultra Pure & Clear Neroli & Orange. I would be expecting a beautiful smell as that's the first thing I can feel about a good laundry run. This product has a very subtle fragrance. The clothes doesn't feel any softer after the wash.

Soft & Gentle with a Pleasant Frangrance
A very impressive fabric softner that is very gentle on clothes and leaves them feeling soft and gentle. The fragrance is fantastic, quite subtle and not overpowering as some others can be. I love the fact it is plant based and natural with no harsh chemicals. Great for the environment and my clothes. Love the results and will purchase again.

New Favourite Softener
Great softener. Clothes came out smelling great and were soft. I liked how it didn't leave a film in the washing machine dispenser that is often found with normal softeners. I would recommend this product and will now be buying to use as a regular product.

Cloths feel great!
Cuddly Pure & Clear makes cloths smell and feel great. The smell is so soft it doesn't make me sneeze. Knowing it is plant based and better for the environment makes me happy. I am hoping in comes in a refills so I don't have to buy a bottle every time. I am going to buy this in my next shop.

Subtle fresh scent
This fabric softener is different to any other softener I’ve used in the past. It claims to not build up inside the washing machine but I haven’t been using this product for long enough to know whether it does or not. I really like the scent but I personally prefer my softener to leave a stronger and longer lasting scent on my washing. The washing feels soft after using this in the wash and it is left with a very subtle fragrance on the clothing. This product would be ideal for people who like the benefits of fabric softener without the over powering scent that some products have.

Love the smell
I use fabric softener regularly and I was really excited to try this one. The smell is amazing and I wasn’t sure if it will last on clothes but it does. The clothes smells amazing for days and it’s very soft. I love this fabric softener.

Great product
This product Cuddly Concentrate Pure and Clear works really well. The smell (Neroli and Orange blossom) is not to strong but enough for the clothing to smell nice. I definitely recommend this to others!

Soft & cuddly

works amazingly well - but the scent is aweful!!
I abslutely love this product. I was immediately drawn to it for being a clear liquid rather than thick and white like other brands. it was so light and disolved really well in the wash. it left out clothes super soft! soft when using the dryer, or just hanging to dry on the line, this product far out performed my existing laundry softner. due to it being clear and easily soluable i was able to use this in the same wash as washing reusable cloth nappys - and so far it hasnt effected the absorbeny level like other softners do! HOWEVER... this product smells aweful! (Neroli and ORange blossom) the smell is a very particular one, very strong and floral, a scent that I hate - and one that my husband asked me to please re-wash his clothes to get the smell out as it was bothering him smelling like flowers. If i can find this in another scent I will deffinitely be a comvert!

Good product - but smell not as strong
Since using this product I noticed that my clothes haven't got that typical Fabric Softener smell as other Cuddly products I have used. Yes this product is better for the environment and washing machine, but I honestly think I will stick to the regular Cuddly Fabric Softener.

Soft and cuddly
Unique yet beautiful fragrance! My towels are so soft after using Cuddly. First time I have seen a plant based softener! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Clean fresh scent and softens clothes
I like that the Cuddly Fabric Conditioner is made in Australia and plant based, so I feel comfortable using this on my young children’s linen and outerwear. It has a clean and refreshing scent and does a good job of softening our clothing, both cotton and synthetic materials. The bottle size is generous and the price is affordable. I would purchase it again.
