Works… but not for long enough
I found that this toothpaste worked well after brushing my teeth, it left my teeth looking whiter than originally and left a minty fresh feeling. However I found it left slight purple staining and the whitening affect disappeared after eating or just a few hours. This product works however would be better if the whitening affect lasted longer…

Good product
I think this is a good product, I used the Colgate Optic White/ Purple toothpaste for a week and could definitely see a change, it did as advertised on the packet, saying it neutralises yellow tones, I would buy this toothpaste.

My new everyday toothpaste
I've used other purple enhancements that didn't replace toothpaste. Awesome that this is a 2 in 1. Can definitely notice that my teeth look whiter

Great product
Love this toothpaste. It has a great flavour and feels really fresh after brushing. I can see the difference in colour after using it within a few days. It works very well and restores the natural look of teeth.

Work in progress
Used twice a day for the seven days. Have noticed a slight change in the colour of my teeth, I'm sure with continued use the difference will be more noticeable. Not a bad product to use. Pleasant flavour and foamed up quite a bit more than usual toothpaste.

This toothpaste works great!
Having tried other brands of whitening toothpaste with mixed results, I was excited to try out Colgate's Optic White Purple. And I couldn't be happier with the results. My teeth are not stained (non smoker etc.) but they're not as white as they could be (age haha) so. I used the toothpaste twice a day for a week, instead of my normal toothpaste, and after day 3 I noticed a marked difference in the brightness and whiteness of my teeth. . I am very pleased with the results and will continue to use the toothpaste and replace my normal toothpaste in the future! Even friends think that I had professional teeth whitening at the dentisit so are giving the toothpaste a try as well now! Great work Colgate 5*

Gentle Whitening Toothpaste
I received my Colgate Optic White Purple Toothpaste, and used it twice a day for a week. The toothpaste foams well, providing a satisfying brushing experience without being too abrasive. Its mint flavor is very subtle, almost unnoticeable, which might appeal to those who prefer a milder taste. After use, teeth felt glossy and smooth throughout the day, and there seems to be a slight whitening effect, but I didn’t find it to be very noticeable. Would I use it again, yes I would just for how it made my teeth feel throughout the day.

Okay product
Overall, it's good but not exceptional. I used it twice daily for seven days but didn't notice any significant difference. In terms of taste, it has a fresh mint flavor that’s mild and pleasant. However, I was surprised to find that the tube lacks a seal, which seems unusual for a toothpaste.

Temporarily whiter, but greyish, teeth
I noticed this toothpaste has quite a rich, purple tone, and that when I brushed my teeth and rinsed as per the instructions, although it did seem to neutralise the yellow it also gave them a greyish tone. Take care to rinse the drain when spitting into the sink, as the strong colour is quite apparent and may stain the ceramic.

First, the brand is my choice everytime i buy toothpaste. This brand also famous and price too good to buy. Easy to find in store. Second, this product is look good to me. But, not well much as nearly a week and look my teeth clean and bright a bit.

Results with consistency
I love the purple colour and the idea of the shade cancelling out yellow pigment. I feel with consistency and perseverance this toothpaste will work wonders for those that need a little extra whitening help that normal toothpaste can’t provide. The taste is subtle however could be a little more minty, I like the feeling of a really thorough clean when brushing my teeth and unfortunately I didn’t feel like this toothpaste does as good a job at cleaning teeth and gums. I understand there are stronger products out there with harsher ingredients if you are after something more obvious or if you have heavily stained teeth, however if you are after a subtle whitening effect and a gentle product this may be for you. I didn’t experience any stinging or burning nor any sensitivity after use so that is a great plus for me.

Whitening with a twist
The product looks very different, especially with its purple packaging which you wouldn't immediately relate to a toothpaste product. Also, the notice that it's mint flavoured is very tiny and easy to miss, so it gives a misleading image. That's probably something i would change with the product packaging. As the notes say the effect is temporary, but it is noticeable, and the flavour and taste is fine so i would recommend it but noting the above points
