Soft Toothbrush
Very soft toothbrush. Gentle on my gums The brush feels wider than my normal toothbrush so it will clean a wider area.

So impressed
I am incredibly impressed with this toothbrush. It is unlike any other toothbrush I have used before. It’s super soft and has so many bristles which gives it a totally different ‘mouth feel’ than other toothbrushes. I have quite sensitive gums which always bleed when I brush my teeth, however this toothbrush caused no bleeding gums! It was a little bit more challenging to clean the wire on the back of my teeth as the bristles are softer but not impossible. I also love the shape of the handle and the way it feels in my hand with the soft grip on the handl.

Nice brushes but too soft
I found the brushes too soft and felt like it was not cleaning very well unless you press quite firmly when brushing, my teeth felt fury halfway through the day when I first used the brush and felt like I hadn’t brushed at all. The brushes themselves look nice and are a good size to get into the back of your mouth without chocking on it, they are nice and light also. I noticed there was no tongue scraper on the brush head which is usually look for when purchasing a manual tooth brush. I would not likely purchase this brush again but would recommend Colgate as it is a good brand.

Good for gums
Colgate Gentle Gum Care Toothbrush was just what the dentist ordered. I have been experiencing gum problems and was advised to get a soft toothbrush. The Colgate Gentle Gum Care Toothbrush feather soft bristles were soft and comfortable to use. I felt the 5000 soft bristles were effective at cleaning my gum line, and did not cause any trauma. I have a small mouth and was pleased that the design of this brush meant I was comfortably able to get to all my teeth and gum line. I really enjoyedusing this toothbrush and my gums are feeling good, looking healthy and pink plus no more bleeding gums.

There is such a thing as too soft
I usually use a soft small headed toothbrush as recommended by my dentist, however I found that the Colgate Gentle soft toothbrush was actually too soft. When brushing it felt like I was moving a piece of fabric over the surface of my teeth and gums, and not actually getting in and cleaning in all the contours and gaps between the teeth and gums. While the head is smaller than a standard toothbrush, I prefer my usual brush which has a narrowing head at the end. The handle is comfortable with a rubbery feeling grip. Having only used it for a week, it's too early to have any indication if it's any different from a longevity perspective (the bristles or the handle grip). For someone who is not a regular brusher, so has sensitive gums, but wants to improve their oral health, it's probably a good starting point to ease their gums into brushing, but I'd switch out to a regular soft bristle after that.

Love, love, love the feel
From first pick up I loved the way the toothbrush fit my hand. It has fantastic ergonomics that no matter where in the mouth you are brushing (top, bottom, back and sides) the toothbrush feels really comfortable in your hand. I also love, love, love the larger head that as well as facilitating a deep clean of all teeth, it provided a lovely clean and massage to my gums. I have been really satisfied after each brush and delighted as to how completely clean and refreshed my mouth feels afterwards. Love, love, love it!

Best Manual Toothbrush
This is the best manual toothbrush I have ever used. This should be recommended by dentists, My teeth feel and look clean, it does not hurt my gums, they feel polished as well as scrubbed. Just needs a tounge scrubber on the back and it would be perfect. Either way this is my new favourite toothbrush!

Nice, Gentle Cleaning
Item description touts that this has feather soft bristles and over 5000 of them in this brush. It did not disappoint. Brush is lovely and soft and leaves my teeth feeling cleaner than any standard toothbrush. The handle is not very ergonomic though. It is not the most pleasant brush to hold. It also lacks a tongue cleaner on the back of the head so, this brush is just for cleaning teeth, not an entire mouth clean. The colourways are neutral and fresh but, I would re-think the beige one. The tone of the bristles make it look like you might have brushed too hard and there is blood on your brush. I had to double check every time I used it. Overall, a nice change to the conventional toothbrushes and provides a nice, gentle clean.

Softer then usual toothbrush
I really enjoy using the Colgate Gentle Gum Care as its very easy on my gums, soft but cleans very efficiently. I like the slimmer tip for easier access to all of my back teeth which is usually harder to get too with a normal toothbrush. I will be recommending this too everyone.

Soft bristles
I love the colours of the toothbrush and also the soft bristles as harder bristles cause pain in my mouth. I don't think the bristles will last long as they look a little ratty the minute I took out of the packaging. I think the toothbrush looks a bit cheap. But it is effective

Pretty Gentle
I found this toothbrush to be pretty good, definitely gentle! Would prefer the head to be a little smaller as I feel it’s a bit too big to get in and around all my teeth. I love the smooth design though and would probably purchase this product.

Gentle head that cleans well
A nice soft brush that doesn't hurt my gums but gives a good thorough clean. The only thing is charge is to make the top of the head narrower as I find that easier to get around my back teeth.
