New favourite
I had actually purchased these in the same week I got sent them as a trial. I used to be a firm bristle girl, because I felt that was the only way my mouth felt clean…in hindsight I was just damaging my gums. Recently I ended up with a soft bristle brush out of desperation and now I will never go back! When I bought them I got them for me and my 4 year old son, who refuses to use kids toothbrushes. He loves his blue one. My dad went into hospital recently and I needed to take him a tooth brush. I gave him one of these and he actually commented several days later “I really like that toothbrush you got me”. I like the flatter handle, it makes for good grip. I like how the head has no tongue cleaner or anything on the back of it. The tip of the head could be a little narrower has it can be a little bulky to get behind your top back teeth. But overall I love this toothbrush and it will be my new go to!

Good toothbrush
This toothbrush really surprised me with how much I like it. The bristles are so fine and soft you can literally feel them going between your teeth and getting high up around the gums. It is really gentle (I didn’t get any gum bleeding) but feels like a very thorough clean. It’s like you’re being forced to be gentle because you couldn’t brush hard if you tried. The only small issue that I had with the toothbrush was that sometimes the bristles would come out between my teeth. But apart from that I cannot fault it.

Feather soft toothbrush
The head on the toothbrush is so full of feather soft brissels. This toothbrush is perfect for a gentle, yet effective clean. It reaches and cleans in hard to get to places. I have been using this toothbrush for about four weeks and it is still in perfect condition, the brissels have not worn down or damaged. I would definately recommend this toothbrush and purchase it myself in the futre.

Perfect for sensitive gums
My first impression when I saw these toothbrushes is that they are by far the prettiest toothbrushes I've ever seen! The design was really gorgeous and kind of retro looking, and in lovely colours. I was surprised at just how soft the bristles were, but there are enough of them that they don't feel ineffective. I have really sensitive gums, and this brush was the most gentle one I've used. My teeth did feel clean afterwards, but I don't know how the drift bristles would go up against something like a hard caramel stuck in your molars. Would recommend for anyone with sensitive gums.

Soft but bulky
Nice colours extremely soft to touch, the first could have brushes were good, however I felt the head was very bulky while brushing up the back of the mouth. On occasions I also had to double brush as my teeth still felt furry.

Cleans teeth okay but too soft
The toothbrush is quite effective at reaching the small crevices between my teeth, and my teeth feel very clean after brushing. However, because the bristles are very soft, I need to brush for longer than usual to remove food particles that are more stuck.

Colgate Gentle Gum Care Toothbrush
This brush is super soft and nice to brush my teeth with. I have a tendency to brush my teeth too hard which has caused gum issues but I can now use this toothbrush instead without causing more problems. Even with the super soft bristles my teeth still feel clean and free from food and plaque build up.

Too soft even for me.
So i usually like a soft toothbrush, but this design gave the description soft another meaning for me. It felt like one of those very old combs, that don't do anything for your hair, when you go throught it, because it's you soft to do anything.

Not a bad brush
I like the soft bristles of this brush, teeth feel nice and clean after a brush, bristles dont aggrevate the gums. Only negative is that the size of the bristle head is small for an adult, would prefer it to be a bit longer.

Just a good toothbrush
I often go for a gentle or soft bristle tooth brush and this fit the bill. It was gentle on my gums and left me feeling clean, I honestly can't say I noticed a huge difference between Colgate gentle gums care toothbrush and the standard soft bristle tooth brushes. It is a good toothbrush and i will continue to use it until I need to replace it but It not something I would go out of my way to recommend or repurchase.

Very clean
It looks pretty fun with all the bristles. From the very first time using this toothbrush I felt my teeth felt cleaner. I was able to actually reach the very back teeth. Usually I can't get to them because if my gag reflex. Because of the many bristles I could get to the back very easily. After a week of brushing my teeth with this toothbrush, my gums stopped bleeding as well. My teeth feel less sensitive. I recommend.

A pain free clean!
I have always had sensitivity in one particular part of my upper front teeth/gum, that no ‘soft’ bristle toothbrush was able to brush without some level of pain. It didn’t matter how gently I would brush, it would still bleed or be sore. The Colgate Gentle Gum Care toothbrush has finally done the impossible. For almost a month, I have been able to brush my teeth with no gum pain or bleeding, and with substantially more pressure than before. My back teeth were also sensitive to bristles but with this brush, I am reaching and cleaning them with ease. This toothbrush has genuinely made my tooth brushing experience more enjoyable - which is something I didn’t think was possible at 30 years old!
