Bulla Light Thickened Cream is a great choice for cooking. It's lower in fat than other options but is as creamy and delicious as you want it to be. It is a dream to cook with, I've never had it split.

Can whip
This Bulla light thickened cream whips up well unlike cheaper non brand light creams that just wont whip. Long use by date and great tasting.
fantastic find! It's the perfect balance of indulgence and health-consciousness. I love that it has almost half the fat of regular thickened cream without sacrificing the creamy taste.
It's great for pouring over desserts or adding a touch of richness to savory dishes.
Bulla Light Thickened Cream offers a lighter option with a rich, creamy texture. It’s perfect for adding to dishes or desserts, providing a smooth consistency without the full fat content of regular thickened cream. It’s versatile and ideal for cooking, baking, or topping.

Really good
I love it so much, tastes great. I don't think you can even notice its light. It tastes so good, creamy and lots of taste. Its also quite cheap and a good price point compared to others.
This is my go-to cream for cooking. It's lower in fat and hence less rich than it's full fat sibling, and works fantastically in creamy savoury dishes such as pasta sauces and curries. Warning: doesn't whip which rules it out for a lot of desserts.
If you are looking for a reduced fat cream for cooking you don't get much better than this. It's the right consistency for pasta dishes and sauces and because it's light it doesn't leave an oily residue on food. You can't use it for desserts really as it doesn't whip well.
Bulla light thickened cream tastes great!!!
It has a nice consistency and works well in pasta dishes. No yucky after taste and combines nicely in food. I would recommend this product.
Have used this cream numerous times in my dishes without the additional calories. Delicious in soups, pasta dishes and curries.
Prefer full fat cream in desserts (ie pavlova) but in daily meals it’s a go!

Great choice for me
I love cream in so many dishes but I have stomach issues that mean I can’t eat too much animal fat. The Bulla light cream doesn’t hurt my stomach and there’s absolutely no difference in flavour.
The Bulla Light cream is great for all sorts of applications in cooking and baking. It is a great product that is consistently meeting expectations for use in all sorts of recipes. Highly recommended
