Bulla Light Thickened Cream is a decent option for those looking to cut down on calories without compromising too much on taste. It has a smooth, creamy texture that works well in cooking or as a topping. While it may not be as rich as full-fat cream, it still adds a nice lightness to dishes and desserts. Overall, a good lighter alternative!
Great flavour. Extra creamy despite having a less calories. I would buy this again.

Great all rounder
Great for cooking and substituting from a full cream version. Doesn’t whip well but that’s to be expected from a light cream. I like using it to make guilt free creamy pasta sauces.

May not be a rich as full fat cream but this means you can indulge a bit without the guilt
Good as a filler that is whipped or a poured over the top of something
Also good for cooking with

Creamy cooking
Bulla Light Thickened Cream is a great choice for cooking. It's lower in fat than other options but is as creamy and delicious as you want it to be. It is a dream to cook with, I've never had it split.

Can whip
This Bulla light thickened cream whips up well unlike cheaper non brand light creams that just wont whip. Long use by date and great tasting.
fantastic find! It's the perfect balance of indulgence and health-consciousness. I love that it has almost half the fat of regular thickened cream without sacrificing the creamy taste.
It's great for pouring over desserts or adding a touch of richness to savory dishes.
Bulla Light Thickened Cream offers a lighter option with a rich, creamy texture. It’s perfect for adding to dishes or desserts, providing a smooth consistency without the full fat content of regular thickened cream. It’s versatile and ideal for cooking, baking, or topping.

Really good
I love it so much, tastes great. I don't think you can even notice its light. It tastes so good, creamy and lots of taste. Its also quite cheap and a good price point compared to others.
This is my go-to cream for cooking. It's lower in fat and hence less rich than it's full fat sibling, and works fantastically in creamy savoury dishes such as pasta sauces and curries. Warning: doesn't whip which rules it out for a lot of desserts.
If you are looking for a reduced fat cream for cooking you don't get much better than this. It's the right consistency for pasta dishes and sauces and because it's light it doesn't leave an oily residue on food. You can't use it for desserts really as it doesn't whip well.
