Cooks to perfection
The Breville toast and melt is the perfect sandwich press. I’ve used it several times to make toasted sandwiches and they cook quickly and evenly. The outside comes out so nice and golden the crunch is great. My only gripe is finding a place to store the machine when it’s not in use and the electrics at the bottom prevent it from standing upright so it needs to lay flat. But other than that it cooks great cleans easily even when the cheese spills out onto the plate.

Perfect toasted sandwich
Absolutely loved the Breville toast and melt. The adjustable height made toasting so simple. It also looks so neat and tidy on the kitchen bench. The size was perfect to make me and my partner lunch whilst working from home. Not only did it make the perfect toasted sandwich but it made the perfect egg that we both popped inside of the sandwich once done. My favorite part of the sandwich press was how easy it was to clean. Especially having hectic work days it was nice to just grab a wet cloth and wipe over it to get the grease off. 30 second clean and it came up brand new again

Perfect toasting
This new sandwich press is amazing. We had an older model which needed an upgrade so it was great to have that to compare it to. The design is stylish and is compact. So far we have done toasted sandwiches, bacon and eggs on muffins and it’s great. It doesn’t over cook either. We love it.

Sturdy, functional and great addition.
When I first opened the box, I was impressed by its size and what I would be able to cook on it by looking at the picture. Having already used a Breville and knowing its quality, I enjoyed the side features of open, close, melt and toast. It was functional and I was able to cook bacon and eggs on it and then toast my sandwich. We have used it everyday as my daughter loves wraps, it’s quick and easy to clean.

Great Product
Fantastic product! Plenty of room to do multiple sandwiches. Easy to clean. The adjustable size is perfect for toasting all sorts of meals. This is my second Breville Toast & Melt. Such a good quality product!

Great sandwich press!
I absolutely loved the Breville Toast & Melt™ 4 Slice Sandwich Press! Originally, I assumed it would be very similar to my basic sandwich press, but I was surprised at the versatility it has with the adjustable lid. I can cook so many more things in the press because I can raise the lid; like bacon and eggs and open melts! I especially liked it when making toasted sandwiches because I can adjust the height just enough so all the contents don't ooze out all over the press. The look and size of the sandwich press is also attractive and although it is quits heavy, the fact that you can lock the lid and store it on its side makes it super convenient and space saving.

Excellent and versatile!
This sandwich press was an excellent addition to my kitchen appliances. It was so easy to use and made toasting sandwiches a breeze. The adjustable height or 'floating hinge' feature ensured the sandwiches were toasted evenly, regardless of their size. I recommend trying the 4 slice size as it provides the perfect surface area and the extra room allows you to cook other things simultaneously. I could also use the sandwich press to cook different things like eggs, bacon and crumbed chicken fillets. This is a must-have item if you want to cook things quickly without needing to use a regular conventional oven/grill. The fact that it was also easy to clean up after use is a bonus. I would highly recommend this product. Be ready to be amazed by how versatile this appliance can be.

A surprisingly versatile time saver
The Breville Toast & Melt™ 4 Slice Sandwich Press is a surprisingly versatile kitchen appliance. Since trialling it, I have saved so much time in the kitchen. I used it for the obvious things such as toasted sandwiches. And it did not disappoint! The adjustable height settings meant that it didn’t matter whether we were roasting with regular bread or focaccia style bread, it always toasted the perfect amount - without any flattening of the sandwich and best of all no loss of fillings. There’s nothing worse then when you lose all Your cheese out the side! But what I was impressed the most by was its heating/reheating ability. Whether it was reheating a borek, reheating chicken schnitzels or warming tortillas the Breville Toast & Melt™ 4 Slice Sandwich Press was a huge time saver. The result was always far better than using the microwave (soggy) and so much quicker then using the oven (no one asked time waiting for it to heat). I need to find a permanent spot for the this on my bench!

Toast & Melt
Overall I enjoyed using this product. Food was toasted evenly even at the edge this still toasted well. The adjustable height is good to melt cheese on items and is great if wanting to make pancakes, eggs and sliced meats instead of cooking them in a frypan.

Pressingly Good
Get rid of whatever you may be using to press your sandwiches for a start. George Foreman, Sunbeam and anything else in between! This is a beast of a sandwich press! Why stop at sandwiches?! With 7 adjustable levels, I can have toasties for lunch, bacon and eggs for breakfast and open cheesy chicken melts for dinner. In a convenient size, that fits perfectly in the cupboard, but can manage to fit 4 full toasted sandwiches, more than any I have had before, this Breville Toast and Melt 4 Slice Sandwich Press is a must have for any home!

Beautifully designed appliance
The Breville Toast & Melt 4 Slice Sandwich Press is a fantastic appliance that not only looks great on your bench top but performs in a way that totally exceeded my expectations. The heat is distributed perfectly on the cooking panels, never has one side of a sandwich or panini been more cooked than the other. The design of the hinges means that large, thick foods like burgers and well filled paninis can fit in and be pressed to perfection. I find it really easy to clean and maintain, the non stick panels are easy to wipe down. The size of this sandwich press is excellent, it's compact and easy to store away. It's an excellent appliance and I highly recommend it to others.

My favourite!
I absolutely love this! It cooks at the perfect temperature and timing, so food doesn’t burn easily. I use it for everything – toasties, wraps, banana bread, you name it! It’s super easy to clean, compact for storage, and lightweight for carrying around

Best on the market
I have tried many brands on the market and breville by far win. So easy to clean doesn't scratch or peel off after a couple months. Highly recommend this
