Perfect Pizza Whiz
I can’t rave about these enough. We elected to go with one of these for our outdoor alfresco kitchen over creating a big space wasting monster pizza oven and I can’t tell you what a brilliant decision that was! It’s so compact but so very fast it doesn’t matter you can’t cook multiple full size pizzas at once. I couldn’t buy a pizza at a restaurant that tastes better or arrives faster and this is singlehanded my one of the BEST appliances I own. Hands down worth every cent and one of the most utilised bits of kit in our household. Perfect for teens to whip up something tasty but fresh which is a big cost saving win on its own. Definitely on my list of “if this dies we replace it STAT” appliances here.

Fantastic restaurant quality pizzas!
This oven far surpassed my expectations. The pizzas cooked were restaurant quality, and were much better than cooking in a traditional oven. It's really easy to use and cooks pizzas to perfection. It's been a hit with the family and we have been making pizzas at least once a week!

The taste of store bought pizzas at home
Our Pizzaiolo is simple to use with a number of preset options for different style pizzas. All you need to do is turn it on, rotate the dial to match the style of pizza you are cooking and wait for the oven to reach the correct temperature. An audible alert informs you when the oven is ready for the pizza to be placed inside. Insert the pizza and hit the timer. For wood-fired pizzas, the Pizzaiolo takes around 12 minutes to warm up and two minutes to cook. Using this setting, the pizzas taste delicious. The toppings are just cooked to perfection, fresh and tasty. The crust comes out crispy, not soggy like the crusts on pizzas cooked in a regular oven. We have also cooked many frozen pizzas in our Pizzaiolo and they've all come out perfect, just like at a pizza shop where the bases are thin and crispy. We love our Pizzaiolo so much we have been eating more pizzas than usual and are about to try cooking a puff pastry pizza in the pizza pan using the manual mode.

Quick and easy home made pizza
This pizza oven is fantastic, love it. Extremely easy to use, and doesn't take up too much bench space. Looking forward to using it outside when it gets warmer. The cooking time is very quick, so we need to play around with the settings, and read the manual as the middle top burner isn't cooking properly (could be just us). The quality is great, very close to a wood-fired oven. Will need to try a a home made base when we can actually buy yeast!

Pizzas at home to rival store bought!
The cooking takes a little getting used to if you make your own dough. The settings are a good starting point, and adding/subtracting time to cook is as easy as twisting the dial. The only downside I saw using this, is cleaning the internals. As one pizza ended up on fire due to the extreme heat and wrong cheese used. Would definitely have welcomed a cleaning brush/tool. Cooking time once you get it up to heat was fantastic. So quick depending on the type of pizza you’re aiming for. Definitely levels above a regular oven. Once you dial in the right settings for your dough, it rivals any store bought wood fired pizza. And all in the convenience of your own home. All in all, once you get past the moderate leaning curve, you’ll be churning out pizzas like your favourite shop!

Love my Pizza
This was very easy to use and have unique style for sliding pizza in. I used readymade Pizza base and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. I like to put lot of veges in my pizza and pizza tastes very much better in this Pizzaiolo even better than the ones from Pizza shop.

Wood-fired pizzas from your kitchen
I was excited to be picked and receive the pizza oven. I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first when it said it cooked pizzas in a wood-fired style, that was until we tried it out. First use amazed us as to how quickly it cooked the pizza perfectly and how close it was to having a wood-fired pizza oven in our own backyard. The look and taste we reckon were on par to wood-fired pizzas we’ve had in the past at our neighbours who have one in their backyard. It was so easy to make the pizza directly on the pizza peel and slide them into the oven (provided you have enough flour and semolina mix so it doesn’t stick) our kids couldn’t believe that we would have the pizza done in 2 minutes and were amazed at the delicious results that were cooked in such a short amount of time.

Breville Smart Oven Pizzaiolo is amazing
I think that the Breville Smart Oven Pizzaiolo is an impressive appliance to have in your home. It is clearly a high quality product that produces a high quality pizza. With the short supply of flour at the moment, my first trial of this product was with frozen pizza. I added extra mozzarella cheese on top for added flavour. I followed the easy-to-use instruction manual and in 12 short minutes, I had created the best frozen pizza I've ever had! It was amazing! The crust was crisp and the toppings were perfectly cooked. The cheese was melted to perfection! The only problem was that I had to cook 3 pizzas for my family, so by the time the last one was ready, the first one was nearly cold. We also had garlic bread to go with the meal. I was hoping that the pizza oven could also cook the garlic bread, but the oven was too small, so I had to use my regular oven. The quality of the pizzas however, was the highlight for me. These pizzas are as good as any wood-fired pizza I've ever had!
