Makes things easy!
I’ve always struggled using the right amount on a tamp as well as getting the right dose so this machine is perfect for me. It does it all for you, including guiding you through the coffee making process and helps you to get the perfect cup! I am also impressed how the machine gets alternative milk to the correct temperature and textures it well. Overall very happy!

Intuitive and User Friendly
The Breville Barista Touch Impress certainly impressed in our household. I worked in cafes for years, and my husband and I both love coffee. After being worried I would be disappointed with a home espresso machine after using commercial machines, I was very impressed by the pressure in the steam wand, the intuitive assisted dosing and the precision tamping. My husband, who had not used an espresso machine before, found the step-by-step instructions on changing the dosing very user friendly, and was easily able to make adjustments to get a perfect shot. The alternative milk feature is a game changer, the reduced temperature and custom settings for each milk makes it easy to create the perfect cup every time, and being able to manually steam your own milk is also great. A really fantastic machine for everyone - so easy to use and helps you to produce great quality coffee.

Life changer
The Breville Barista Touch Impress, is the best invention ever. As a person who has lactose intolerance knowing the right temp to tamper plant based milk is difficult but now my life is complete. The easy to follow setup and user guide not only allows me to make a great cup of coffee but my husband who isn't a coffee drinker now enjoys making coffee too. It's easy to clean and so simple but the best part is I can now enjoy barista made coffee at home because of the alternative milk features which in my opinion are the best thing about this coffee machine.

QUALITY COFFEE - IMPRESSED!
Very stylish coffee machine - looks great on our new kitchen bench! After unboxing I noticed the consistent Breville quality, the machine also has a quick start-up guide followed by very easy to follow step-by-step instructions for each coffee made. The Impress™ Puck System produces the perfect coffee extraction everytime with less mess. Having the option of dairy or plant-based milks is a game changer in our house - WINNING! We have owned other brand automatic and semi-automatic machines and this one by far produces the best quality coffee. Side note: this coffee machine uses less coffee beans than other machines we have owned.

Well done Breville…as always!
As with everything Breville, the Barista touch Impress another fantastic product which makes life simpler and more enjoyable. It guides you step for step to make several different options of hot drinks. This step for step guide makes it easy for anyone to make a great cuppa. The touch screen makes it so easy to use. I love how they have added the milk alternative options to the coffee making process. Usually with milk alternatives you would have to know what temperature each milk alternative needs to be to get your silky smooth foam. This takes the guess work out, with a simple touch of a button, you can easily choose your milk alternative which ensures your milk comes out just how you want it. It has an assisted dose and tamp feature. If you don’t quite have enough grind for the perfect brew, the machine will tell you that you need a bit more. Tamping is also made easy with the assisted tamping lever. Overall, well done Breville…yet another winner of a product!

This coffee machine is mind blowing!
I love the sleek design, it looks very professional in our kitchen. The features are just amazing. Very user friendly with guide in instructions how to make your perfect cup of coffee. You can choose anything between cappuccino or latter to tea and even babychinos for your little ones. I really like the touchscreen- it tells me the process and if anything needs to be adjusted for better coffee. And the built in dose and tamp feature is very smart and makes it much more convenient- less mess in my kitchen. The machine also has an alternative milk setting- apart from your normal dairy milk you can also select almond, oat or soy milk. I love my coffee with almond milk so I use this feature daily. It heats the milk to perfect temperature- the milk and foam is silky, there is no clumps or separating. It’s definitely more on the pricey side, but I hardly ever buy takeaway coffee anymore and instead take my own cup of coffee with me. We are honestly so happy with this machine!

Cafe quality coffee at home!
I prefer almond milk to dairy so was excited to trial the alternative milk setting. It took several attempts to get the milk the right temperature and right frothiness. I really appreciate the step by step process (e.g. when grinding the beans the machine would prompt "a little more" until I had the correct dosage. As new complex appliances can be overwhelming at first, it is a great idea to have the machine step you through the process. After playing around with the adjustments and familiarising myself with the machine I can honestly say by my 7th cup I've never had an almond milk coffee as silky and creamy as with the Barista Touch Impress.

The best coffee machine!
First of all, I am very impressed with the new Breville Barista Impress! I have used a lot of coffee machines in my life, but I appreciate the professional guidance in making my coffee to make consistently every cup an amazing coffee. I love the real-time feedback option and that the machine mostly puts the perfect amount of coffee into the tamper. The extraction function is superb! There is no coffee grounds spill anymore near the grinder. I love also very much the hands-free milk settings for using alternative milk. I am amazed about the result every time I changed a different alternative milk. I used soy milk, almond milk and macadamia milk. The system always created a very satisfying smooth milk foam. I am so happy about the opportunity to test this machine and love the 3-second heat-up time with the new thermojet heating system. I can’t say anything negative about the machine. I only wonder if there will be somehow updates for the machine available.

You can’t make a bad coffee with this!
After using the alternative milk settings for various milks (oat, soy, almond and rice) with friends, the consistency of froth for a cappuccino remained the same regardless of the type of milk being used. After getting the grind level correct for the type of bean being used (took me three settings of trial and error with real feedback from the machine on pour times) the assisted dose setting and tamp feature ensure a correctly measured and dispensed to fill the group head everytime with no waste. The intuitive guidance step by step instructions means no matter how tired I’ve been before my morning coffee I am yet to make a bad coffee with this machine. The self-refgulation of the machine takes the guess work out of making, cleaning and caring for the machine. The milk heating wand set up with the temperature monitoring platform makes for a perfect temp. The only fault I found with the entire set up is that I would like the milk fill indicator line on both sides of the milk jug.

Amazing cafe style coffee at home!
The Breville Barista Touch Express has a elegant, sleek look that does require some bench space but won't look too over the top in the average kitchen. It's functionality is efficient and enjoyable. It will most likely take a few attempts to perfect your favourite coffee style but onde you do it becomes very easy to make. The tamp feature ensures that the correct quantity is ground every time so that you will experience that perfect taste from each cup. It will give you a cafe style coffee at home. I am very impressed and happy with different types of coffees it can do. It is great for milk alternatives like almond and soy. These milk alternatives differ in texture and consistency to milk yet it still produces an amazing coffee using the almond and soy options. The instructions and assisted tutorial were helpful but I find just trialling it myself I was able to master my favourite cup.

Coffee machine heaven
This coffee machine makes making coffee at home a breeze for all. The process is easy and takes almost no skill as the machine does all the hard work for you at a push of a button. Finishing touches with the milk frothed to perfection. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone really, but most certainly to mums who don’t have much time to manually perfect their coffee. It does take some time to set the machine up but Breville provides plenty of online content to help you through this process. Have all good things to say and would purchase again in the future.

Great Automatic Coffee Machine
I absolutely love the look of this machine. The stainless steel finish gives it a professional appearance that looks fantastic on our kitchen bench. The touch screen is incredibly user-friendly. Navigating through the options is a breeze, making it easy to find the perfect drink. I especially appreciate the ability to program my own coffee recipes. The built-in grinder is a game changer. Freshly ground beans make all the difference in taste, and having that capability at home is fantastic. However, I must admit I was a bit disappointed with the milk frother. Compared to my pod machines (I own three), it doesn’t achieve the same level of frothiness and texture. While it does the job, it’s not quite as impressive as I had hoped.. Despite the minor setback with the frother, I truly love this machine and would definitely buy it again. It offers a great combination of style and functionality. If you’re serious about your coffee, the Breville Barista Touch is a fantastic investment!

Very Good Coffee
I love this fancy coffee maker! It works unbelievably well and it makes the best coffee. I like that it is easy to use, the color, and the taste of the coffee.

The best machine
It's like having a personal barista right in your kitchen. The step-by-step guidance and hands-free microfoam are incredible. I can't believe how easy it is to create cafe-quality coffee at home. The 3-second heat-up time is a dream come true. I'm obsessed with it!
