I have used this product for years now and have put many of my family and friends onto it. It really does work and although the taste isn't that great it is well worth trying, after all what have you got to lose? It works within minutes and if you suffer from stress and/or anxiety then this is a must-try item. Once you try it you will never look back.

Love this spray. I spray it when I start to feel anxious and it certainly does what it says. Always have one in my handbag and in my bedside table. Definitely recommend.
I have always had anxiety and this has helped when I had that big project or social outing. It did relax me with a few deep breaths also.
Does have a weird taste in the mouth but other then that is fine.

Works every time
Have been using rescue remedy for years, definitely helps with nerves (anxiety) and even to calm kids down. Before major events, after trauma or distress, to remove fears, for grounding or relaxation, to calm hyperactive kids, to settle for bedtime. Definitely a MUST HAVE in every first aid cabinet... or leave it sit it on the kitchen bench if that's your style!

I swear by this product!
Not only is this product good for humans, but I also used to use this on my horse who was a very nervous Arabian. When at a show I would spray some onto her tongue and it would calm her down immensly (yes, the vet said it was perfectly safe).
Bach flowers are just amazing!
I used it years ago for my first driving lesson and thru out. So calming, I almost took it every time I was engaging in any project that caused anxiety.

Relief in a little bottle
I found this be excellent for me. I tend to get anxious during the day. A quick spray under my tongue and settled down easily. At night it relaxes me enough to have a nice sleep.
I used this when ever I needed to do a speech in front of my class.. it helped me keep my nerves under control..

Settle the nerves with this
I used to show German shepherds at the Adelaide royal show so the nerves before this event were huge for both the humans and the dogs. The breeder gave me this product in a liquid form two drops on the tongue 20 minutes before the event. It worked we were calm and the show always went well. I found out later she also gave two drops to the dogs but I wouldn’t recommend that without the consent of a vet. The liquid has no obvious adverse effects and it just settles the nerves. It was worth it

We use the Rescue Remedy drops for our cat when we start traveling in our van, till she settles.
I would put the recommended drops in her water for the first few days till she settled and became use to the traveling again.Seemed to help with the first few days of travel
