Had no effect
I suffer from generalised anxiety disorder and thought I might try this but it didn’t really do much and tasted like alcohol. I gave it 2 stars because a friend in high school used to spray it when she was nervous and it really helped her. I guess its just a try it and see, worst case scenario nothing happens and you’ve wasted a couple of bucks, best case scenario it helps

Wished it worked
The Rescue Remedy Spray did nothing for me. It is quite expensive for the bottle and made no difference at all. I think it is all placebo effect or potentially for people with very mild anxiety or stress.

I think this actually works.
I used this when I was mourning, I really do think it relaxed me. I took this everywhere I went,the compactness helped too. I also tried the lolly version, and they tasted pretty good too. Definitely give it a go, i recommend!

Very helpful for anxiety
The Rescue Remedy is a great tool to use when feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed. I have used this spray on multiple occasions. It has helped calm me down and just brings me back to the present moment. I love how easy it is to use this product, you can still drive and go about your day feeling more calm.

I didn’t notice a change
I know people who are helped by rescue remedy but I did not find it made much difference in my anxiety no matter how many times I have used it. My sister bought me a bottle as it’s helped her in the past.

Really helps my depression
Contains Bach flowers relieves stress and anxiety and nervous tension it’s pretty expensive 2 sprays on tongue a day. Lasts a long time

Definitely helps
I’m a very anxious person so this is definitely a stable in my person definitely helps me in day to day life, a few sprays quick and easy some people might say it does nothing but I definitely notice a difference

Not very helpful
It says it helps you when you are stressed. I wasn´t so sure about that. I literally so no difference whatsoever. Maybe it helped 20%? I can´t really tell. It was pricey and I wouldn´t recommend it to someone else. Maybe it is a placebo thing.

new formula!
the new formula does not live up to past experiences, disappointed, would not buy again as it no longer works as it used to do. It is missing the correct balance of ingredients.

Works for us
I first purchased Rescue Remedy in 2004 in high school, to help with exam jitters. Science aside- it works for me and now, my daughter, niece and sisters too. The spray is very convenient (easier than three original dropper). Within a few minutes of using it I feel less anxious, more calm and at ease. I know that homoeopathy and flower remedies are a contentious subject bit for us- it works. Whether it's the ingredients or the ritual of pausing in your moment of distress or the placebo effect- it helps and that is good enough for me!

Perfect for the handbag
Rescue remedy is amazing. I use to have the gummies with me all the time but now I have one of these in my handbag so it’s always quick and easy for me to use. It is a natural way to help deal with stress that actually works.

Good coping tool
Helpful strategy to use when feeling anxious, but not super effective. If used in conjunction with other ‘tools’ it may be more beneficial. Tastes gross. The spray bottle is better than the drops. Convenient to transport subtly. Overall a product worth trying.
