I was excited to try Slow-Mag as the mid year slumb had hit me hard since March. I was looking forward to feeling energised, but unfortunately it wasn't it. Maybe I'm overly depleted to start with. It was easy to drink and it taste ok too.

I liked the taste of the fizzies and it is a nice way to get in some magnesium as well as a tasty way to hydrate. I can't say that I noticed much change in energy levels though, so I can't review from that aspect at this point. Maybe I will notice after using it for longer?

My mom and I both use slow-mag. She runs marathons and swears by it. I work strenuous shifts which includes night shifts and I have to drink energy drinks every day. Since I started using slow mag I've stopped drinking energy drinks which is much better for my health
