Paradontax toothpaste
Toothpaste is so strong in your mouth even though it keeps your mouth fresh all day,it is good for plaque ..simply great for aching gums .just wish it was a bit mild ..but I would recommend it to people with constant gum problems

I can feel my gums benefit from daily use, less sensitivity. My husband also says it works and stops bleeding gums which he always experiences. its salty but you get used to it and its refreshing, mouth feels fresh and tingly after use.
