Paradontax toothpaste really helped with my dental problems,i haven't had bleeding gums since i started using it and my teeth have not been sensitive after eating cold food or drinking very cold drinks. Toothpaste was too strong for me and I think it has too much flouride. it also has an after taste that I was very scared for my kids to use as they might swallow it.though it whitens my teeth but I need to be adjusted on the taste.
