My 4 year old daughter even if she doesn't have pain she will say mom I've got stomach pain please give me panado. It's very good for children I recommend it.

Hyper child
I used the red panado syrup for my child, he got very hyper active and didn't go to sleep for 3 hours past his bed time. I am not sure if it is the coloring? But will definitely not use it again.
