Fast; nice breakfast
First time I tried it I was @ my brother's house; I was in a hurry in the morning going somewhere so grabbed 2 from the cupboard; but to my surprise 1 bar was enough for breakfast. It is rich & taste very good than I thought. Plus it is not too sweet.
