Ina Paarman's Kitchen Sticky Plum & Soy. I found this ( well I'll call it sauce right now cause then I did not know it) in my sister in laws fridge. And I kept on using it as a sauce in my plate over the food and even told her how lovely it is. Only to find its soy,and I was amazed. Its lovely and flavorful. I started using it on grill meat, add it on my hot sticky wings it gave them a twist as dipping sauce, even on stir fry. Even on braai meat It has this amazing taste. My kids love, and loves it. Loved it!
Being a stir fry and chow mein fan, i have used it a few times now. Loved the flavour it adds, not overpowering at all it just adds a nice sweet flavour. Great for sticky bbq wings aswell. A must try!
