I use this product for my daughter who is underweight. She uses this as additional snack in morning and as a snack in the afternoon. She is not tired anymore. This helps her get the nutrition that is needed and gives her the energy she needs

I had always imagined Ensure was only formulated for post-operative patients or for recovery, however, I was very pleasantly surprised when using it myself! As a very active athlete, I really enjoy it as an energising drink between meals and love the creamy taste and convenience of it. It's great on its own as a drink by just adding water, or added to smoothies to give them a nutritional boost. I've definitely felt an increase in strength since using Ensure Nutrivigor and would recommend it to others that need a boost or want to maintain their energy levels. Definitely going to keep using this product! :)

I will recommend it for people who are not on Diet, because its tastes rich and very sweet. Especially when one is not well and cant take food, its a good supplement for breakfast, its like breakfast on the go. If I was not on Keto diet, I was going to enjoy it think. But also I had an opportunity to share it with my sister who is loosing weight a lot and she gained a bit and she will be purchasing one soon. It really helped her because she couldn't eat nor drink any liquids, but she found this supplement edible and after having it, she will eat more different kinds of foods.
