It is a very tasty meal replacement which has also been and excellent meal replacement for my uncle that has stage 4 stomach cancer. He struggles to eat and the Ensure gold is the only thing that he can drink to keep his strength up.

I have seen an improvement for sure. I do find it a bit expensive for me but if I do choose a flavour I would choose chocolate as I’m not really a vanilla person but overall, I find that it is very filling and have seem a massive improvement in my skin and the way I feel. I feel energetic and no longer feel lethargic. Thank u home tester for giving us a chance to experience this amazing product :)
