It was tough at first.. trying to convince the family to give it a try. on the first sanwitch they were hooked. Strangly, the kids were fuller for longer and they kept asking for more as they were impressed at the freshness of the bread. I will defs be adding this to my daily shopping.

The slices before toasting are already small, they shrank after toasting. Flavour: The bread should have a pleasant, nutty flavour that complements the toasting process. I prefer a stronger wheat flavour. Texture: The bread should have a slightly firm texture that will become crisp and chewy when toasted. It should not be too dense or too dry.
